We have been at busy bees for a little over a year now. Couldn't be happier with all the progress Jai has made in the adventures room. He absolutely loves his teachers Always has a smile on his face when i pick him up. Hes definitely come out of his shell since starting at busy bees. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

I feel that your reply does not fully reflect the situation we experienced. While I understand that documentation may have been pending, this does not address the lack of interim support provided to my son during that time. In particular, restricting his days due to behaviours such as climbing tables, without appropriate support strategies in place, was concerning. As a child on the spectrum, he required understanding and guidance rather than limitations that impacted his access to care. I am more than happy to forward previous email correspondence to clarify the steps we took and the communication that occurred. At this stage, I do not feel that the centre has provided a supportive environment for children with additional needs, and I would be hesitant to recommend it to other families in similar situations. Hi Vanessa, We are committed to supporting all children, including those with additional needs. In some cases, this requires a structured inclusion support plan to ensure appropriate resources and staffing are in place. We're of the understanding the process was initiated however the required documentation to progress this support was not received, which impacted the centre's ability to move forward with the plan.
