Happy Times has been an absolute blessing for our family, a rare gem, changing our perspective on Long Day Care Early Childhood Services! My daughter transitioned several months ago. From the moment she entered, staff made her feel welcome, were engaging, were proactive in seeking to understood what her interests were, our family dynamic, and inclusive, connecting her and us within their community. The child to staff ratio is low allowing for exceptional quality care and child led experiences for real and meaningful learning connections and development. The high level of qualifications of all staff employed are outstanding and impressively rare for the industry. The hours of operation allow for parents to be engaged in employment while ensuring they are confident that their child’s social and emotional development and growth in learning is supported in accordance with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). On several occasions I have witnessed staff engaged in regular training and collaboration within their team and with other highly regarded professionals in the field of early childhood education thus ensuring an content rich and diverse curriculum. The culture within the organization is positive creating a positive feedback loop. Staff feel respected for their role, both as professionals in the industry and in the lives of the children that they nurture and care for. This in turn creates a positive feedback loop because the children respect their teachers and educators and are engaged and their parents respect and appreciate the staff. The use of the outdoor space is complemented by weekly trips to the local park, Indigenous Pedagogy is imbedded throughout the curriculum in planning and in daily teaching practice. The menu offered is nutritional, catering for all dietary requirements and the children are involved in menu planning. The location of the center is convenient. You have a nearby shopping complex, parks, petrol stations and other local shopping precincts within a short distance. Nestled amongst this is the purpose built Centre located in a quiet street with low traffic flow. Honestly, this service should be rated as exceeding! It is a role model to the Early Childhood Sector. I would highly recommend this service to family and friends. My daughter is happy, thriving and in her words ‘living her best life’. Our little one has been with them since 1 year old. She loves it so much. The staff have been nice and friendly. The centre has managed to keep staff in the last few years, even though with the change of management. The centre has been able to keep lower fees than other centres nearby and provide high quality service. My little one can count and write since the beginning of 4yo. There are lots of incursions such as farm, reptiles, Melbourne Zoo, library, dentist, vet etc. My little one absolutely loved all of them and showed us pictures. The excursion to a farm went really well with a very detailed safety plan and supports. The centre has paid attention to child safety which I really appreciate. I would definitely enroll my other kids in this centre if we have in the future. A big thank you to make my life easier and make my little one's childcare journey sparkling and enjoyable.

I don't often write reviews but Happy Times Childcare deserves an absolutely rave review. The staff are amazing - calm, patient, kind, generous - and they clearly know what they are doing. Sanela is simply amazing, Kristy is so very patient and genuinely kind, AC is happy and playful, while Kevin is super calm and very much loved by the kids. There are other equally wonderful staff at HT whom I haven't mentioned by name, but who are also of very high calibre. I have had 2 kids attending Happy Times and the care has been outstanding. I often feel genuinely indebted to the staff who do such amazing job educating my kids while I'm at work. The staff are supported by a caring management team who are approachable and responsive. Highly recommend this daycare. Thank you Happy Times!!

Over the past 4 years Happy times has cared and nurtured our now 3 children and I can’t recommend them enough. The Staff are more like family at this point. Our children are so comfortable around them and just love going. Amelia and Raj always go above and beyond, making space on casual days and looking after our individual needs as a family. A small but incredible centre that you will never regret sending your babies to. Thank you team. Keep up the fabulous work ❤️

This is the best daycare in the area! I can't recommend it enough. Our two kids have attended and have loved it. They are the best team, all the staff are genuinely caring people and always have the best attitude. Amelia the director is always there to help too. Highly recommend!

I can't recommend this place enough!. My son has recently transitioned here from another daycare and the transition has been the smoothest of any daycares that any of my children have attended. We love the smaller size which means that he gets more personalised care. The staff are accomodating and nurturing and excellent educators. It's been a breath of fresh air!

We've sent our two kids to Happy Times over the last two years, and I can't recommend it enough - our eldest had been to a few daycares before Happy Times (as we had moved) and Happy Times is by far the best daycare we've been a part of. As a barometer of how good Happy Times is, our eldest was hesitant to go to the other daycares - never a problem sending him to Happy Times. The staff are EXCEPTIONAL!!! Every single one of them is kind and patient and it's clear that they are passionate and enjoy their roles. Happy Times put the effort in for special events, like Father’s Day and the child’s birthdays and they even recognise when a kid moves from one room to another or graduates from daycare and into school. Face painting and dancing are regular features. The communication is excellent, and you always know that they will make the right decision in real-time when required.

My daughter has attended Happy Times since she was 10 months old and it's been a fantastic couple of years so far. Jin and the rest of the team have been phenomenal. The centre is really clean and well kept, the carers have been quite constant throughout her time there which makes it so much easier for her to be comfortable. The carers share pictures almost daily of the day's activities via the centre's app so we're able to re-live them and chat about her day during the evenings. Would definitely recommend Happy Times if you're looking for a CC centre.

The staff at Happy times are genuinely kind and caring! My son started attending here since he was 12 months old (he's nearly 3yo now) and it's become his second home. He especially loves doing all the arts and crafts activities and science experiments!
