We have had such a great experience with Denman Village ELC. The staff have been caring and supportive and our son absolutely loves his time here. I love getting regular updates and really appreciate the commitment to providing varied learning opportunities. Absolutely wonderful childcare centre! Our family couldn’t be happier with the care and love our son receives every day at Denman Village Early Learning Centre. The educators are genuinely nurturing, patient, and attentive — they take the time to really get to know each child and support their individual needs and interests. It’s clear that the staff are passionate about early learning — the activities are thoughtful, creative, and always developmentally appropriate. We love seeing how much our little one has grown in confidence, language, and curiosity since starting here. The communication with families is excellent too — we’re always kept in the loop with daily updates, photos, and meaningful insights about his progress and learning experiences. The environment itself is warm, safe, and full of joy — exactly what you want for your child’s first steps into the world. We feel so lucky to be part of such a caring community. I couldn’t recommend Denman Village Early Learning Centre more highly!

My children is really enjoying their time at this childcare. Educator Paticksia (Pama) has been especially helpful and caring — my child is always talking about her by name, which shows the strong bond they’ve built. I feel very supported knowing my little one is happy and well cared for here.

Once the novelty of a shiny new building and fit out wore off, there were red flags everywhere. This is a centre that prioritises profit over child welfare and safety, with a business owner who does not care about feedback, policy improvement or community-oriented conversations. Future families looking to enrol should pay attention to: (1) extremely high staff turnover (2) tokenistic diversity, equity and inclusion (3) inadequate child-to-staff ratios in rooms (4) minimal qualifications in early childhood education and care (5) financial mismanagement and poor accounting (6) poor communication with parents and carers.

The worst daycare I have ever seen. The educators are really waste. They sit and chat nicely and don’t even know what the kids are doing. Denman should have another daycare soon or change the management.
