I am sharing my experience as a parent because i believe children's safety and supervision should always be a priority. during the time my child attended this centre, I had concerns about an incident involving my child and another child. after raising my concerns I was disappointed with the outcome and lack of supervision that was in place at the time. it was a very upsetting experience as a parent, and I believe there are areas where the centre could improve their communication, supervision and safety practices to better support and protect the children in their care

I recently attended the art show at Denman and was absolutely amazed by the beautiful displays and the creativity of the children. It was clear how much thought, care and effort the educators had put into showcasing each child’s individual ideas and artistic expression. The environments looked incredible, and there was such a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the event. A truly wonderful celebration of the children and their learning—well done to the entire Denman team!

Terrible management who are bad communicators and only care about money. They charge for services that they haven’t provided

We have had such a great experience with Denman Village ELC. The staff have been caring and supportive and our son absolutely loves his time here. I love getting regular updates and really appreciate the commitment to providing varied learning opportunities. It’s so comforting knowing your child is in safe hands and is part of a strong community. Thank you!

Absolutely wonderful childcare centre! Our family couldn’t be happier with the care and love our son receives every day at Denman Village Early Learning Centre. The educators are genuinely nurturing, patient, and attentive — they take the time to really get to know each child and support their individual needs and interests. It’s clear that the staff are passionate about early learning — the activities are thoughtful, creative, and always developmentally appropriate. We love seeing how much our little one has grown in confidence, language, and curiosity since starting here. The communication with families is excellent too — we’re always kept in the loop with daily updates, photos, and meaningful insights about his progress and learning experiences. The environment itself is warm, safe, and full of joy — exactly what you want for your child’s first steps into the world. We feel so lucky to be part of such a caring community. I couldn’t recommend Denman Village Early Learning Centre more highly!

My children is really enjoying their time at this childcare. Educator Paticksia (Pama) has been especially helpful and caring — my child is always talking about her by name, which shows the strong bond they’ve built. I feel very supported knowing my little one is happy and well cared for here.

Once the novelty of a shiny new building and fit out wore off, there were red flags everywhere. This is a centre that prioritises profit over child welfare and safety, with a business owner who does not care about feedback, policy improvement or community-oriented conversations. Future families looking to enrol should pay attention to: (1) extremely high staff turnover (2) tokenistic diversity, equity and inclusion (3) inadequate child-to-staff ratios in rooms (4) minimal qualifications in early childhood education and care (5) financial mismanagement and poor accounting (6) poor communication with parents and carers.

Absolutely wonderful centre. Our daughter started this year. Excellent rating on quality standards very accurate.
