My two kids started at Treetop Ascot Vale a bit over 6 months ago and honestly I'm so impressed with how this place operates. The staff are all so attentive, they remember parents by name and they're truly passionate about their roles as educators there. When I brought their grandpa to visit and pick them up, one of the educators even remembered that he was from Sydney because they had spoken to my child about it. It really is all the small little things that helps develop our children's confidence, their willingness to share and communicate. The centre itself is immaculately and thoughtfully built and designed - it's a pleasure to step into the centre as it's wonderfully clean but has so much character and is calming. I've seen my children grow in leaps and bounds in the last 6 months in their confidence. My daughter is more on the creative side so it's great to see how they encourage this with bringing art teachers in and introduce different art techniques to them at a young age. Food is wonderful - different variety and cuisines served to our children means they're encouraged to venture outside their safety foods. We like to take our kids in earlier now and then to sit down and have brekkie with them and it's so nice to have a coffee machine there for parents to grab coffee! Really glad we made the decision to move our children here and my oldest will be heading into Primary School this year but at least our youngest will still have a couple years here because it does feel really nice to be able to pop into this place. Steph, the Centre Director, has to be mentioned because she really did make the transition to move to this centre easy and she is so attentive and really cares about what she does. I truly feel less mum-guilt leaving my kids in the care of this great team here at Treetop.

We moved to Treetop as soon as it opened and honestly couldn’t speak more highly of it. The level of care, attention to detail, and genuine warmth from the team is exceptional. Communication is fantastic and we always feel informed and supported. The centre itself is absolutely beautiful — brand new, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. Most importantly, our child absolutely loves being there and is so happy every day. There is a real sense of community, and we’ve made wonderful friendships with other families through the centre. The leadership team is outstanding and it’s clear they’ve built an incredible culture. The facilities are next-level, with dedicated art rooms, a library, a soccer pitch, and easy onsite parking. We genuinely couldn’t recommend Treetop more highly and would encourage anyone in the area to visit — it sets the standard for what a daycare should be.

By far the best daycare centre in the area (and our boys have attended multiple). The facilities are fantastic. The staff are amazing, so attentive and build true connections with the children and families. They all seem so happy to be there (which is a contrast to some previous centres we’ve been with). We could see a clear difference in our boys behaviour and developmental growth since starting here. Would highly recommend. We couldn’t be happier

After doing orientations at a few daycares, there was no question that we would send our girls here. From the beautiful and calm atmosphere and the helpful and knowledgeable staff on arrival, to the caring and dedicated educators in the rooms, we have loved our experience so far at Treetop. Best of all- our girls absolutely love it and always look forward to going!

We feel so lucky to go here! Our Son started with Treetop about a month ago and I am so impressed with the level of support, care, kindness and genuine interest we've received. Steph and Teagan are doing an excellent leadership job and I feel so confident and content that my sons wellbeing is looked after so well. The centre itself is stunning and our son's educators are honestly absolutely amazing, so attentive, forward thinking, fun and caring - I cannot speak more highly of our experience so far. Food is so good, with a great variety and my son has been eating so well since attending Treetop. Love being part of such a special community - thank you!

Amazing childcare centre. The educators and people that work here are some of the loveliest people you’ll meet. The centre is spotless and the children are adored and so well looked after. Food is freshly prepared for their meals each day. My little boy loves coming here and we’ve seen so much development already! Cannot recommend Treetop enough!
