If I could give Ascolta Early Learning and Care thousands of stars, I absolutely would. My son has been attending the Greenwood centre for 17 months, since he was just 9 months old, and the care he receives is beyond anything I ever imagined. As a first time mum who had to return to work much earlier than planned, entrusting my child’s care to others was incredibly daunting. From day one, every educator has shown such genuine kindness, compassion and dedication. There is not a single thing I could fault about the educators or staff at the Greenwood centre. We are constantly updated throughout the day with photos and information about our child’s activities, learning and development. The communication is outstanding, and it gives us so much reassurance knowing exactly how his day is going and how he is progressing. The centre always keeps families informed about new programs and what the children are learning. The meals provided are amazing, and the special programs offered, such as Happy Feet, are fantastic. My son absolutely loves them. The centre also puts so much thought into celebrating special days and is incredibly inclusive of all cultures and backgrounds, which we truly value. Ascolta is genuinely a child and family first daycare. We feel incredibly blessed and grateful to know our son is in such safe, nurturing hands every day.

As an Early Childhood Educator and Mother of 2, I have been so impressed with Ascolta Greenwood. Ascolta truly put the children and families first. There is a deep focus on creating a welcoming, nurturing environment for children to learn and thrive. The Teachers at Greenwood are incredible. They are gentle, warm and experienced early years professionals who are child focused. They work closely with families (like mine) to support children as they grow and learn all about themselves and the world around them. One of the things that has surprised me the most has been their unique approach to infant sleep spaces. Initially, I held reservations when learning about their open cot design, however after a week and a bit, my 8 month old was falling asleep without any trouble at all (this is a baby who would only fall asleep in a darkened room with white noise at home). The Teachers make the room so relaxing with natural light and calming meditation sounds and knowing that someone has eyes and ears on my baby at all times while she sleeps is so reassuring. My girls love going to Ascolta :-)
