We are so happy with this childcare❤️ The teachers and staff are very caring, kind, and supportive. The kids enjoy fun and educational activities, healthy meals, and a safe environment. The updates through the app are also very helpful and keep us connected. It’s truly a wonderful place for children to grow and learn.

The staff bring such joy to my little people

We feel so lucky to be part of the Insight Early Learning Southlakes family! My son is in the Emu class and my daughter is in the Eagle classroom, and both of them absolutely love going to daycare each day. The educators are incredibly warm, attentive, and genuinely passionate about what they do. It’s clear how much effort they put into creating a nurturing, fun, and educational environment for all the children. We’ve seen so much growth in both of our kids — not just academically, but socially and emotionally as well. As a parent, I’ve always felt welcomed and supported. The communication from staff is excellent, and they truly value building strong relationships with families. Thank you to the amazing team at Southlakes for the love, care, and dedication you show every single day. You’ve made such a positive impact on our children’s lives!

My child was not safe, not happy nor had her needs met. We experienced bullying, neglect and discrimination at this centre and were then treated horribly when we spoke up about it. They were forced to urgently shut for 3 days putting all families in a horrible position. This has never happened before in dubbo and speaks volumes. Even now, many families are unhappy but stuck. My issues were never dealt with, even after many complaints and leaving the centre. Issues are swept under the rug and blatantly lied about. The centre needs to be permanently closed for the safety of all children.

I walked past this Centre this morning. I heard a teacher raising their voice to a young child, yelling NO to this bub. The child cried more and she yelled again. How dare you raise your voice to a child in distress, you made the situation far worse when you escalated your voice yet again. The Bub cried louder. This child is in your care, you have a duty of care working with small children. Whoever is running this centre, you need to ensure every child in your care feels safe and loved there. Absolutely disgusting. By the way I’m an Early Childhood Teacher.
