Our child has been attending Little Zak's Wongawilli since January 2025, starting at just 12 months old, and we couldn't be happier with our decision. What first drew us to Little Zak's was the beautiful space, both indoors and out. The surroundings of Wongawilli are stunning and its great knowing your child is spending their day in fresh air with room to explore and grow. The management and the educators in the Explorers Room are exceptional. They greet our daughter by name every single morning with such genuine warmth. After consistent caring and effort from the team, she now walks in happily and some days doesn't even want to leave at pickup! For any parent, that's the ultimate reassurance. What truly sets the team apart is how in tune they are to our daughter as an individual. They read her mood, respond to how she's feeling on any given day, and it's clear they genuinely care about her not just as one of many children in their care. The daily updates via the app are a real highlight too. We know it's an enormous effort from the team, but receiving photos and updates of her day means so much to us as parents. The chef-prepared meals have also been a surprise, our daughter is happily eating foods at daycare she refuses at home! We would recommend Little Zak's Wongawilli without hesitation to any family looking for a nurturing, beautiful, and genuinely caring environment for their little one.

Our kids have been attending Little Zak’s Wongawilli since it opened and both have thrived. The staff are great and Megan and Mandy do a wonderful job leading the team. Our kids have both learnt so much through a fun, engaging atmosphere. We couldn’t be happier with the care they’ve provided our family - we highly recommend this centre.

Our children have been attending Little Zak's Wongawilli for 3 years and they love it. The staff are always welcoming upon arrival in the morning and give a thorough briefing at the end of the day. The extra-curricular activities are fantastic and the staff go above and beyond to ensure educational activities are on offer daily to the children - our children are truly thriving. The children in the centre always look happy and the environment is always clean and tidy and the facilities are well kept. A wonderful centre with the most kind & caring educators.

We've had such a positive experience with Little Zak's Wongawilli. The carers genuinely take the time to get to know each child individually and really accommodate their unique needs and personalities. It’s reassuring knowing our son is cared for by people who are attentive, kind, and invested in his wellbeing. Highly recommend!

Little Zak’s Wongawilli is absolutely amazing, you can tell the educators all care so much for the children, paying close attention in ensuring all kids are happy, well looked after, reaching milestones and most importantly having fun. They are diligent with ensuring transparent communication with parents and work with parents on the needs of each individual child. Can’t thank Little Zak’s enough for the experiences my children continue to have during their time here.

I highly recommend Little Zak's Academy Wongawilli. As a first-time mum, finding the right centre for her was incredibly important to me. I honestly couldn’t be happier with how this centre is run. Megan and Amanda, the management team, are absolutely amazing. They always have a smile on their faces, they genuinely take the time to chat about your child, and they make you feel so welcome. Nothing ever feels like too much trouble. When my daughter first started, they were so supportive in helping with the transition. They organised orientation sessions where I could come in with her before she officially started, and then we gradually moved into half days. Being able to call throughout the day for updates and openly communicate with the team really helped ease my nerves. One of my favourite things is the daily updates and photos. Seeing my daughter smiling, engaged, participating in activities, and enjoying herself gives me so much reassurance that she’s in such caring hands. I’ll admit, before starting childcare, I had a lot of anxiety from hearing negative stories in the media. But my experience here has been the complete opposite. Even when we had a small issue with enrolment, Megan went completely above and beyond to help sort everything out. She was so understanding and supportive, and I genuinely couldn’t believe the effort she put in to help us. The centre itself is beautiful, new, and in a great location, but what really makes it special is the staff. Daycha, my daughter’s team leader, is fantastic, Anita and Tara are excellent educators they and every other educator I’ve met has been warm, caring, and lovely. I truly give this centre a 10/10 and would absolutely recommend adding your child to the waitlist.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would, the educator team at Little Zaks Wongawilli are wonderful! I have had my child since he was 7 months old and he is in his final year with the centre. The high quality of care and education the team provide is outstanding, with each child’s individual needs and learning centre of mind in their educational program. The extra curricular experiences are fantastic, and a wonderful extension to the children’s learning. Our child loves coming to preschool and the team have become like family to us. We truely appreciate all the amazing effort the team do each day!
