Hi, I’m Paula, the educator behind Glide Family Daycare.
I provide nurturing, home-based education and care where every child is known, valued and supported as an individual. Building secure and trusting relationships with children and their families is at the heart of everything I do.
I maintain current first aid and child-protection training and continue to develop my knowledge through professional learning. I am passionate about creating a welcoming environment where children feel safe, confident and free to learn through play, exploration and meaningful everyday experiences.
At Glide Family Daycare, children enjoy a flexible, play-based program shaped by their interests, strengths and individual learning needs.
Experiences may include creative arts, cooking, gardening, caring for animals, sensory play, outdoor exploration and local community excursions. Children are encouraged to make choices, develop independence, solve problems and learn at their own pace.

Enrolled Family⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We have been attending Elite Daycare for the past three years, and I would like to acknowledge Paula for the care, support and professionalism she has consistently provided. Over the years, Paula has demonstrated genuine commitment to the children in her care, creating an environment that is welcoming, nurturing and focused on their individual needs. Communication has always been important to us, and we have appreciated Paula’s willingness to listen, work collaboratively and maintain open communication with families. The consistency and familiarity of the centre have been particularly valuable to us.
