I had to withdraw my children due to serious concerns at this centre. There was constant staff turnover, educators distracted on phones, frequent understaffing with one person left to manage 10–12 children, and poor communication with families. Despite this, we were charged full fees. Overall, it was a very disappointing and unsafe experience.

I wanted to express my sincere gratitude for the care you have provided my son since he was four months old. He is now ten months old, and it's hard to believe how quickly the time has passed. My son is a very happy and active boy, and I believe this is due in large part to the wonderful educators. They are patient, caring, and truly make us feel like a part of a family. Thank you to all the staff for everything you do. Your dedication and hard work are deeply appreciated.
