When we first brought our daughter to Mikids at 2.5 years old, she had never been to daycare before. The transition was genuinely challenging, she was unsettled, and as parents, we were anxious too. What followed completely exceeded our expectations. Mel, Lina, Celeste, and the whole team didn't just manage the situation, they embraced it. They took the time to really understand our daughter, created a personalised plan to ease her in at her own pace, and never once made her feel rushed or pressured. Every interaction was filled with patience, warmth, and genuine care. The result? Our little girl, who cried at drop-off, now runs through the door with a huge smile on her face. She talks about her friends and carers at home, and genuinely looks forward to going each day. That transformation didn't happen by accident, it happened because of the love and dedication this team pours into every child. We are so grateful to have found Mikids. Highly recommend MiKids to everyone! We’ve just had our first daughter go through there and they were SO supportive of her and her complex needs. Awesome facilities, friendly and caring staff and family run! Our 2nd daughter is starting this year and we can’t wait for her to have the same experience. ❤️
