Cannot fault the amazing staff at ONE Officer!! My daughter always has a bright, big smile at drop off and HAS to give all of her educators cuddles at pick up which shows that she is loved, cared for and enjoys her days there. The staff always make time to have a quick chat with myself, they also make my eldest son (in primary school) feel welcome too. I have recommended this centre to a friend who now brings her son too and they are just as please with it as I am! Will contribute to make recommendations!!

Both my daughters are with One Early since close to a couple of years now, both have a great learning curve in this Centre, girls love it. The staff are absolutely amazing! Everyday I am greeted with the friendliest faces of the directors and room staff. My son has been going there for almost a year now and has always been very happy to go into the Infant room, showing excitement with his arms and legs waving around, so he clearly enjoys it. He has not had one morning of tears. Transitioning in is also flexible, parents can be in the room as much as needed to help settle the little ones in too. They keep you updated using the Storypark app, which I find incredibly useful when I can check whether my son is having a nap or if I am arriving after he has woken up. It also informs you of what your child is eating and when they have eaten. The staff in the rooms give daily updates of what activities the kids are doing and are usually accompanied by photos (both individuals and groups) which I like to save the individual ones to send to family. They include the community through the family days where we celebrate days like Mother's Day and Father's Day which are very enjoyable. We get to know the educators even better! I cannot speak highly enough of these guys, the staff are consistent and rarely change throughout the year. I could not recommend anyone better!

Our daughter has been attending One Early Education Officer for over a year now, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. She has progressed rapidly and learned so much from the dedicated educators. Attending three days a week, she is always excited to go to childcare, and choosing One Early Education was one of the best decisions we made for her development. She walks through the door with a smile on her face every time, which truly speaks volumes about how well she is cared for. The educators are all lovely, and she is always well fed — often coming home with a very full belly! Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our daughter. I cannot recommend One Early Education Officer enough! The staff is absolutely amazing so caring, attentive, and nurturing. My child feels comfortable and safe every single day. The activities are engaging and educational, and I can see the positive impact it’s had on my child’s development and I can clearly see how much my child is learning and growing. My child is always happy to go in and comes home smiling, which means everything to me. i’m truly thankful for the wonderful Care that they provide!

I have nothing but good things to say about One Early Education Officer. My eldest started back in 2021 and has loved her time here, thriving in the wonderful atmosphere. She gets excited to go each week and talks about her educators all the time. Starting my second child was so seamless as she already felt so welcomed and comfortable. She has formed a number of close connections with her educators. Ellie and Nicole are always incredibly welcoming and supportive. My children can never enter the centre without stopping to chat with them on their way in. It’s very comforting as a mum to know how happy and content my children are here.

Absolutely love this centre! I visited several centres, and the great first impression I had of one early childhood educator has continued throughout my son’s time there. The educators genuinely love the children and care for them so beautifully. My son adores his educators and has settled in wonderfully. Highly recommend!

We've been so grateful to have ONE EARLY EDUCATION OFFICER in our lives! Our little one thrives there, and we couldn't be happier. She loves going and is always excited to see her friends and the amazing educators. The Infant 1 room is her happy place, and we can't thank the team enough for creating such a nurturing environment. She's learning and growing so much, and it's wonderful to see her confidence and independence flourish. The staff are caring, kind, and dedicated, making us feel confident she's in the best hands. I searched for many centres and checked their reviews For my daughter Tanvi (preschool room). I consider myself very lucky that my daughter goes to this centre. Very accommodating and treats my kid like family. I really appreciate how quickly and helpfully Ellie and Nicole respond to our questions. If I had found out about this centre earlier, I would definitely have sent my older child to this centre as well. Also The staff are absolutely great. I am extremely satisfied with the care they provide. I am glad to be a part of this team. I honestly recommend this center to anyone who wants their child to be safe and happy. I have 2 children that attend ONE Early Education. They absolutely love it her and have since they started. First started in 2023, second started in 2024. My daughter in particular struggles me leaving her and needing a familiar face in her educators. She has found that in her room, we still have tears but I am updated everyday knowing she calms down not long after I’ve left and she enjoys her days. Just to shout out a few of the kids educators - Ruchi, Rajini, Harman, Laveena, Bonita, Shairoz, Gunreet, Sadia & Jie. Ellie and Nicole do amazing work!
