We were lucky enough to call One Early Education Officer our village for 4.5 years. The team supported our family providing fantastic care and support throughout our time there. The leadership and moral support from Elley and Nicole on the challenging parenting days were very much appreciated. The educators were all caring and my child talks fondly about the educators that they had over the years at One. The food provided was of a high standard with my child enjoying many of the meals and snacks provided by Sweety. The team created a fun and safe environment for the children with ongoing themed days and weeks for the children to learn and celebrate together. Thank you for the care and dedication the team provided our family with over this time, words cannot say enough!

We’ve had such a wonderful experience at One Early Education. We’re always greeted with a smile and the educators do an amazing job caring for our son. He absolutely loves attending, and in less than 12 months we’ve seen him grow, learn and gain so much confidence. We couldn’t be happier and are so grateful for the beautiful environment they’ve created. 😊

I looked at quite a few centers before deciding on this one, and I’m so glad I did. The moment I walked in the door for a tour I felt so welcome. The Centre has a warm, calming feeling about it and the educators are lovely. My son loves attending and has made many friends since starting. Ellie and Nicole are both so accommodating and we love seeing their smiling faces when we walk in the door.

I really liked all staff members including Nicole and Elly. Always caring and supportive. Educators are so helpful and always care about my son. He started child care there when he was one and half years old. Also he learns so much from there. Thanks a lot.

My daughter attends Early Education Group, and I couldn’t be happier with the care and support she receives. The educators are kind, patient, and genuinely passionate about what they do. They create a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, valued, and excited to learn.

Cannot fault the amazing staff at ONE Officer!! My daughter always has a bright, big smile at drop off and HAS to give all of her educators cuddles at pick up which shows that she is loved, cared for and enjoys her days there. The staff always make time to have a quick chat with myself, they also make my eldest son (in primary school) feel welcome too. I have recommended this centre to a friend who now brings her son too and they are just as please with it as I am! Will contribute to make recommendations!!

Both my daughters are with One Early since close to a couple of years now, both have a great learning curve in this Centre, girls love it. The staff are absolutely amazing! Everyday I am greeted with the friendliest faces of the directors and room staff. My son has been going there for almost a year now and has always been very happy to go into the Infant room, showing excitement with his arms and legs waving around, so he clearly enjoys it. He has not had one morning of tears. Transitioning in is also flexible, parents can be in the room as much as needed to help settle the little ones in too. They keep you updated using the Storypark app, which I find incredibly useful when I can check whether my son is having a nap or if I am arriving after he has woken up. It also informs you of what your child is eating and when they have eaten. The staff in the rooms give daily updates of what activities the kids are doing and are usually accompanied by photos (both individuals and groups) which I like to save the individual ones to send to family. They include the community through the family days where we celebrate days like Mother's Day and Father's Day which are very enjoyable. We get to know the educators even better! I cannot speak highly enough of these guys, the staff are consistent and rarely change throughout the year. I could not recommend anyone better!

Our daughter has been attending One Early Education Officer for over a year now, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. She has progressed rapidly and learned so much from the dedicated educators. Attending three days a week, she is always excited to go to childcare, and choosing One Early Education was one of the best decisions we made for her development. She walks through the door with a smile on her face every time, which truly speaks volumes about how well she is cared for. The educators are all lovely, and she is always well fed — often coming home with a very full belly! Thank you so much for taking such wonderful care of our daughter.
