This is my daughter’s very first daycare, and I was honestly so worried at the beginning because she had separation anxiety. But Mudgee Little Learners made everything so much easier. They were the first and only daycare to respond quickly when I was looking, and from that first contact, I felt reassured. Her favourite educators are Eliza and Ayesha — they’ve been so kind and patient with her. But honestly, every single staff member has been amazing. Even the ones who aren’t in her room know her name and treat us both with genuine care. Davina is also fantastic — she remembers every child and always greets us warmly. The educators really understand children, and my daughter has had no issues going to daycare. I always feel informed about her day, and the communication is great. The activities are creative and fun, and the centre celebrates all the special occasions in such a lovely and thoughtful way. It’s such a warm, welcoming environment — I’m truly happy I chose to send her here. No regrets at all! Read more

This centre was great under previous ownership but unfortunately new owners and drastic staff overhaul means this childcare centre has gone down hill... This centre was great under previous ownership but unfortunately new owners and drastic staff overhaul means this childcare centre has gone down hill in my opinion. My daughter has special needs and we are in the process of having tests etc . Today we were informed that my daughter was to leave the school and not come back ( I believe the staff cannot cope ) . My wife was physically pushed out of the center by the manager and told to wait outside . Meanwhile our daughter was only fed a single apple from 06:30am - 12:30pm. This business has already taken the rest of our subsidy and will not allow her back . Very unprofessional in my opinion and will never return and if I had anymore children I would definitely choose a different childcare centre Read more

The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and always treat my boys as their own with love and affection. They have such a great daily run of so many activities to do and I love how stable this place is with the staff all happy in the rooms they are in so my kids don’t have constant changes happening. It’s a bright n happy place for all who walk in the doors which always makes me feel better leaving my babies there! My fav part is that the teachers are all n the exact job they are born to be in because they absolutely love all the kids and do a fantastic job with all. I would highly recommend this place these days. Been so great for me and my boys! Read more

We have been with Mudgee Little Learners since November 2022. Our initial experience was mixed but overall positive. First of all the facilities... We have been with Mudgee Little Learners since November 2022. Our initial experience was mixed but overall positive. First of all the facilities are excellent - the building is modern and contains a few activity rooms in addition to the individual rooms for each age group, such as a music room, computer room and a movie room that literally looks like a gold class cinema. It also has a great outdoor area. The daily updates on Storypark are fantastic and they prepare all the meals for the kids on site. In terms of educators, our experience was mixed. Some were outstanding and were genuinely passionate about caring for kids, while some appeared uninterested. The centre was also understaffed from time to time. Overall it was still positive, but not to the extent that I would leave a review to rave about it. However, I have noticed a remarkable turnaround ever since Davina has stepped up to the director position this year. Those educators who lacked passion are no longer there, and a wave of new educators have come on board and they are all professional and passionate. From watching their interactions with our kids, I can tell they genuinely love what they do. The centre is no longer understaffed and is well managed. Davina has also introduced 'date nights' for parents, where they would organise dinner and movie for our kids on a week day (for free) so the parents can have a date at night, which is extremely thoughtful. Generally, I don't bother writing reviews unless my experience is either exceptionally good or exceptionally bad, but I feel compelled to write one because these recent improvements deserve to be recognised.
