Joy, from Rainbow Lorikeet Family Day Care, looked after both my sons from ages 1-3. From the very beginning she welcomed us into her home and we felt like family. She is professional and organised, thinking of everything for the children and catering to their comfort and learning needs. She has created such a warm and loving space in her home and my kids always loved staying with her. The activities she prepared were amazing, engaging and educational, giving the little ones the opportunity to explore and learn through play. Review for Joy – Our Wonderful Daycare Educator We feel incredibly lucky to have had Joy care for our daughter, who started with her at just 7 months old. From the very beginning, Joy was everything we could have hoped for in an educator – professional, nurturing, caring, and truly loving. Her home was a second home for our daughter. The warmth and comfort she provided created an environment where our child thrived, felt safe, and was genuinely happy. Joy became an extension of our family, and we also came to know and appreciate her lovely family during pickups and drop-offs. She was flexible and accommodating, particularly during some challenging times for us as parents – transitioning back to work, switching jobs, and juggling new routines. Joy supported us every step of the way, easing our stress and giving us peace of mind that our daughter was in the best hands. Her home-cooked meals were another highlight – made with love and always enjoyed by our little one. Though our time with Joy was temporary as our daughter has now moved on to preschool, her impact will stay with us. We are so grateful for everything Joy has done for our family. Joy takes time to invest in age appropriate activities, there are also lots of age appropriate toys and interesting play areas for curious little minds. The day care centre also provides educational indoor activities to nurture the young minds. Our child has been not only enjoying the fun here but also learning good manners and social skills. I never thought I could trust someone else so much with my baby boy before I met Joy. She is a fantastic educator,... I never thought I could trust someone else so much with my baby boy before I met Joy. She is a fantastic educator, she takes good care of our 15 month old boy. Not only is she detail focused, willing to follow the schedule, and flexible to changes, but she is also an expert in child development, she invents all sort of activities and games for the kids. My son enjoys spending time at hers and he is learning new things everyday. I would recommend Joy to anyone. Read more

My son goes here 5 days and we LOVE how Joy is always very caring, lots of different activities, indoor or outdoor, painting... My son goes here 5 days and we LOVE how Joy is always very caring, lots of different activities, indoor or outdoor, painting etc. He has been in her care since he was 8 months old. He gets to learn a lot of gross motor skills here and always very very happy in all the photos. Joy also provides home-made amazing food which helps immensely as full time working parents. No salt or sugar added. Freshly cooked. Really feels relieved to leave my child there. I would fully recommend anyone there esp up to 3 y.o. Very clean neat bright and sunny house as well. I have been to many that looks very tired. Fully recommended. You have to see for yourself. Read more
