My son has been going to Kinderland since he was 8 months old and he is now 19 months. From day one every single educator has been considerate, attentive and passionate about educating the next generation. Strict protocols and policies are in place to ensure everyone's safety, and the centre was managed extremely well during the middle of Covid, which was unprecedented for all businesses. Daily updates are given through an app, along with photos which I love to see when I'm at work. I have a very high regard for every member of the Kinderland Team. They really pay attention to each individual child's needs instead of lumping them into one group. Keep up the fantastic work guys, you're all wonderful!

Prior to Covid, Stephanie spoken time me during the tour and promised that she’s going to contact me once the slot is going to be filled out(as there’s 2-3 available slots left). I offered to pay the reservation fee but she refused because of the situation and she will just inform me when I can pay the reservation and do the enrollment. She didn’t call me so I called the office to see how’s our agreement going. Jesse (?) was on the phone and said that the slots were already full. I asked to speak to Stephanie since I had an agreement with her initially. Jesse was adamant that she’s the best person to speak to, even if she doesn’t even know a single thing me and Stephanie talked about. She was very rude and unprofessional on the phone. I left my name and number for Stephanie to call me back but didn’t get anything again. They shouldn’t make promises they can’t keep and staff members should be trained with proper conduct on how to deal with such situations. A simple sorry would suffice that “they forgot” to inform me and not be condescending. I’m so glad that this happened as I wouldn’t want my bub to be around this kind of people. Luckily a better and an award-winning childcare took her in.
