Do not trust their advertising. After enrolling, we discovered they didn't even have the approved funding to provide the free kindergarten program they used as a marketing hook.

Good to see the “Fee Kinder” icon has now been removed from their website’s home page. Although it does bring into question why the center knowingly presented as having the kinder funding it never had, nor will it have, anytime soon.

The complete lack of transparency and inconsistent communication is incredibly unprofessional. If you are choosing this center based on their advertised rates, look elsewhere. They are happy to incrementally increase their fees and take your money, and ghost you when you ask for an update on the refund they offered you.

We’ve had such a great experience with our 14 month old attending this centre. All of our worries were listened to and we feel really comfortable sending our daughter. The team are very friendly and professional. The centre is really clean and tidy, and we enjoy that Sophie has put in great structure in our daughter’s room. We love the daily updates and that the team work to our daughter’s usual routine at home.

Cannot recommend bright steps enough. Our daughter is loving the babies room. The staff are so genuine and amazing. They truely care about the children in their care. Lots of communication during the day which I love. They have no issues catering for dietary and other needs.
Highly recommend booking a tour!

A great environment and professional staff. Bright Steps Horsham has made our transition into daycare for our family straight forward. Would recommend 🌟

The staff at Bright Steps are so accommodating and lovely. They go all out for my children (in 2 different rooms), they learn what the children like, and run with it to help with smooth transitions in the morning, always taking photos and posting in the app updating with the children are doing throughout the day. Always happy to answer any of my questions and concerns. Could not recommend them highly enough!

I just thought I would leave my feedback on my experience so far. When the centre first opened, the induction process was fantastic, I can't fault the Director, she went above and beyond with our questions. We felt safe and supported leaving our children in the centres care. Some areas were definitely lacking in the Directors absence, but I can now see immediate change and constant improvement on her return. We feel really lucky to have not only some amazing educators but also one of the best Early Education Professionals in Western Vic leading the centre and advocating for the best conditions for our children.

Lovely staff but very disappointed in with response to emails and information on kinder funding and not receiving updates from head office on why and when families will receive the government funding. Families rely on the government funding kindergarten scheme and this center keeps saying they didn’t do the correct paperwork and continue to repeat the outcome of not knowing. I have emailed them about the issue and still no dates or outcomes for the families.
They put their fees up but promise that kindergarten was supposed to happen but they are passed the cut off and still no funding for the families or reassurance to explain why.
Working families rely on this and this centre is ignoring the problem.
I have no issues with the staff they are great with the children but the head office is letting them down and not acting on their job of getting the funding on time for our children attending this centre.

The office and administration do not respond to their own staff and refunds and keep parents waiting to receive their bond back from leaving the centre to put their children in kindergarten.

This company advertises free kindergarten they never had it from the start of opening.

They do not respond to emails.

Very poor communication from management who are supposed to support their managers at the actual centre which makes this centre fail on the paperwork process.

I am still waiting for my refund it’s been 3 weeks now and still no refund from leaving the centre.
