We are proud to say that Harbour EL is privately operated by local owners. We have young families and a deep appreciation of the importance of early learning in shaping our children. We endeavour to provide each child with the best opportunity to grow and learn in an early learning environment that is unique in design and philosophy.
The Harbour EL team are respected and trusted early learning experts who ensure we are at the forefront of early learning thinking, research and innovation. Our team of early childhood teachers, educators and advisors have been instrumental in establishing the pedagogy, curriculum and programs for our infants, toddlers and preschoolers. Specialised educational programs utilising outdoor spaces, supported by exceptional nutritional advice ensures the ‘whole child’ is enveloped in the care provided.
We consider ourselves privileged to nurture and guide your children in their foundational early learning journey and watching their growth and development. We have spent many years creating and curating every detail of Harbour EL and we are committed to provide a dynamic and interesting environment to allow your child to flourish. We welcome your family to Harbour EL and are excited to share this incredible journey with you and your family.

The score for Harbour Early Learning Red Hill is far too low for how exceptional the staff, facilities and community are.
We made the decision to move our two young boys here after our last facility didn’t meet basic care guidelines, not only does HEL go above and beyond it restored our faith in the daycare system.
It’s not just Juliana, Steph and Edna but all the staff here who make our boys feel like school is a second home. The food provided is all made from scratch and is exceptional, our boys daily nutrition and willingness to try new foods has increased.
I would recommend anyone looking for a safe, healthy and caring environment to send their children consider HEL as their children’s care providers.

Juliana and her team have done a wonderful job establishing a centre that prioritises a positive expereince for our children. Their hygiene protocols are exceptional, our children have hardly been ill during their 2 year tenure. Their behaviour management response, responsiveness to parents and implementation of curriculum and activities is everything I could hope for from a team supporting me raising my childrenn.
Thanks Harbour Team, keep doing great work.
