I recently exit my boy from Cardiff child care and they are so unmanaged. I have some accounts to get clear from Cardiff care but it’s been already 2 to 3 weeks they haven’t made clear and money hasn’t got returned. They said they don’t have control that.when we have to pay or even late for paying a fee they have full control and even send a email also and now they are saying no control How shitty is that? That is my money. This guys doesn’t have any respect for others money and they keep on saying will be done on 3 to 4 weeks and I have to chase you daily for that money. So frustrating!!!!

My nephew Jake went here, him and his mother went through a domestic violence situation with his father, they're both homeless staying with us, he is a frightened little boy who has little experience with playing with children his own age, you guys kicked him out with no notice, when you did you gave her a big list of incidents that you declined to mention earlier on the days they occurred, his mother wasn't even aware of 90% of those incidents even occurring. You really kicked someone while they were down, that's why I don't believe you deserve this 5.0 rating on Google reviews, it infuriated me when I saw that

I use this childcare centre for both of my boys and we couldn't be happier. The staff are absolutely wonderful and genuinely care about the children. I would recommend this centre to anyone.

We absolutely love Cardiff Child Care! The educators are incredibly stable and experienced — it’s rare to find such low staff turnover, and it makes a huge difference in our child’s sense of security. The centre has a warm, inclusive culture with a strong focus on community and connection. The communication is consistent and two-way. Safety is clearly a priority, and the educational program is both engaging and nurturing. Our child is thriving, and we feel genuinely supported as a family. Highly recommend!

My kids LOVE attending Cardiff Childcare. As a parent, finding the right childcare can be so stressful - but we genuinely couldn’t be happier with the care our children receive here. The staff are nothing short of incredible, so warm, welcoming and caring. You can tell they truly love what they do and it shows in how they interact with both the kids and parents! We are always greeted with a smile, they take time to chat and tell us how our kids day has been and are incredibly responsive and supportive whenever we have requests/queries. It is such a comfort knowing our children are in a safe, nurturing environment with people who go above and beyond. I can’t recommended this place enough!

Our child has been with CCC now for around 4 months so I feel like now is a good time for a review. The staff here have been very wonderful to our family and have really gone to such an effort to support our child adjusting to care. Everyone makes an effort to say good morning and goodbye to us and our child and are always happy to have a good chat about how our kiddos day has been. Our child has really started to blossom and develop quite a cheeky personality and I think that can be attributed to the opportunities given to explore and socialise at CCC. We are also provided with really in-depth updates about the day as well as routines. The centre provides basically everything - nappies, food, bedding and these has been an absolute bonus for our busy family. Definitely recommend Cardiff Child Care

Highly recommend! The staff are amazing and the school is too. So grateful to be able to leave my daughter with such friendly, trusting people who go above and beyond my expectations.

Highly Recommend Cardiff Child Care. We have been there for a few months now and are so happy we found them :) The centre has a huge outdoor space with play equipment and chickens, which the kids love! The educators and director go above and beyond for the kids and the parents, the communication is great either via Storypark, emails and just general chats. They have made the transition process for starting at a new centre fabulous, the rooms are great and really good size with lots of different activity areas.

My daughter has been attending CCC for the past 4 1/2 years, she loves going to daycare and she loves her teachers. The educators are wonderful, caring and go above and beyond for the children. My daughter especially loves the chickens, all of the fun experiments, the interesting learning experiences and of course all of the fun things to do and play with. Everyday she tells us it has been “the best day ever”. She is always coming home and sharing with us the new things she learned about at school. It is an absolute credit to the educators how much she has learned, how much she loves going and how prepared she is for starting school next year.
