It’s very fortunate that my son spent his last year of kindergarten here. The centre manger,Louisa, is kind and always willing to help every family. Under her leadership, all the members of the team are equally kind and love to truly accompany the children. My son’s first two years of kindergarten were spent in another large chain kindergarten. We felt the huge difference between the two kindergartens. Here, no educator would deliberately ignore your child or treat them unfairly. The manager would not use her power to create trouble for you and make your family’s life difficult. Instead, she would do her best to help your family with everything within her reach. So I deeply feel how important it is to have a leader with the right values. She will lead the entire team to have the same correct values. There has been no situation of multiple price hikes throughout the year here. At the sign-in area, there are always small snacks that can be taken freely.They are not very expensive but very thoughtful. Many small details show that the entire kindergarten’s philosophy is for the children and the families, not just pursuing profits. The educators are not only focused on their own promotions but first and foremost on the children. We are very reluctant to leave this very warm kindergarten. We are very fortunate to have met such a good centre manager and educators. We hope this kindergarten will get better and better, and all educators keep well and stay healthy.

We love being part of the Play and Learn Helensvale community. They take great care of our child and have really taken the time to get to know our child and respond to her individual needs. The staff are very friendly and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this daycare.

You are immediately given an image of professionalism and care but this is just smoke and mirrors. I enrolled my 4 year old son and explained the behavioral problems he had and was assured by Amy (Manager) and also Jaqui (Educator) that they had the resources and qualifications to handle the situation because and i quote "If you can't handle a 4 year old then you shouldn't be in child care" things were great for 1 week then things went south. I started having to come early to pick up my son because they couldn't handle him and within only a couple of weeks i was forced to reduce my hours with only 3 days notice! After having the hours reduced for only 1 day i was told that i had 2 weeks left of care because they didn't have the facilities to deal with my child. Honestly do yourself a favor and find a more proffesional centre. They will give up on your child within a couple of weeks if they are misbehaved.

Amazing modern and clean centre with plenty of activities for the kids. The staff are all very lovely and so commited to each individual child. My children absolutely loved their time here.
