We could not have been happier with this beautiful centre. From the moment you walk through the doors, you can feel the warmth, care and genuine love the educators have for the children. Every child is treated with kindness, patience and respect, and it truly shows in how happy and confident they are each day. The educators go above and beyond to create a safe, nurturing environment where children feel valued and supported. They take the time to really know each child — their interests, personalities and individual needs — and they build such meaningful connections with them. It gave us such peace of mind knowing that our children were not just being cared for, but genuinely cared about. The preschool program they have there is absolutely outstanding. It is thoughtfully planned, engaging and perfectly balanced between play-based learning and school readiness. The activities are creative, educational and fun, helping children build confidence, independence and a real love of learning. The progress we’ve seen in our children has been incredible — socially, emotionally and academically. Communication with families is also fantastic. We are always kept informed, included and welcomed. It truly feels like a community. I cannot recommend this centre highly enough. It is a special place filled with passionate educators who are making a real difference in children’s lives and their education every single day.

We’ve had such a great experience with this childcare! My son used to go here and was always looked after with so much care and kindness. Now my daughter is attending, and we’re just as happy with everything they offer. The educators are really caring and pay attention to what each child needs. They make the kids feel safe, happy, and excited to learn. Since my daughter started, I’ve noticed a big improvement in her social skills and learning. The team is also great at keeping parents in the loop and involving us in what’s going on. I’d definitely recommend this place to any parent looking for a supportive and fun environment for their child.

I don't really know what other child care centres are like but this place is unreal. My child has been attending here for a year now twice a week and the friendly team at little shepards has treated us like royalty on every occasion. Also my child's education level and social skills have improved dramatically and we no doubt owe it to the girls at little Shepards. I would highly recommend this place to any parent. My kids have been in my care 24/7 since birth, so enrolling my 3yr old in January was difficult, but that uneasy feeling of sending him into the care of another was washed away in an instant by Aline and the team at Early Shepherd. They are a nurturing, communicative, patient, respectful and enthusiastic team. My son has a sense of belonging and security which is essential to me. His development has advanced in many areas in such a short time including; interpersonal skills, independence, life and educational skills and nutritional values. On this, the wide range of nutritious meals prepared onsite is amazing. With their persistence and patience, they have helped increase my son’s limited food list- he started with eating only 20% of the meals offered and is now at 99% (He is adamant about that broccoli!). Communication is always efficient and articulate and the centre uses a web based platform to allow parents to see daily observations and progressive information which is awesome as a parent for monitoring your child’s progress and for easy print keepsakes. I love the encouraged parent involvement in the centre’s learning programs, the quality improvement plans, the food menus and the list goes on…. It certainly endorses their ‘open door’ policy! So, along with convenient parking amenities, clean and new centre facilities, flexibility and all the above just to name a few…. Question is… Why would you hesitate? I didn’t, I enrolled my 2yr old shortly after… they both now run in hand in hand

Hi, my son Noah started togoing child care this January I was very worried but I spoke to director on the phone few times She is lovely lady knows about children and her work very well My son failed? Family daycare (he hate it) I started with 2 days a week now 3 days a week and I feel confident that his is in good hands The centre has great teachers , best facilities, high quality of nutrition, amazing curriculum and great security Thank you for all your hard work!!
