DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO THIS DAYCARE ! my daughter & nephew attended for about 6 months, the staff are horrible, they were getting hurt & bitten everyday without any explanation, getting left in a sandy nappy all day, not getting changed for over 8 hours. Staff are rude to the kids (yelling at them, not watching them, not the right staff to children ratio), the manager Sam does not apologise for anything that happens to your kid, they lock kids in cupboards, they are unhygienic, Sam the manager always says she will sort it out with head office & will teach them more training but nothing has changed, this daycare should not even be opened !!!

I would have to say the best centre i have our child at and would reconmend them to everyone love how amazing and welcoming the staff are to my little family and have help so much with improving and growing with our child over the past month thankyou so for u have already done and are continuing to for our child

The centre has been amazing for my little one! My daughter enjoys going to daycare and seeing her friends & teachers. I feel comfortable and at ease knowing i can trust my daughter is happy, healthy and safe in their hands. ❤️

I have mixed reviews about this place. At the start of 2025 I enrolled my son in kindergarten because they were lots of activities for them to do. On his very first day they started swimming lessons which was awesome, I was happy to pay a little bit extra a week for. They also did excursions to the retirement home every week as well. It lasted a couple of months then that teacher left and they said they were pausing the excursions for a few months. 3 different teachers within a year. They did not start either swimming or retirement visits back, when I asked they told me a particular time but it never happened, they started up bush kindy which they only did a couple of times due to “low staff”. They have a sign and on their website advertising about doing swimming lessons but never started it back up. When I enrolled him they said swimming lessons will go until September, they stoped in April and never started it back up. My son ended up with 4 hats there and we only left with one. When they are at centre one and they walk over to the kindy hub they are ment to wear shoes and have there belongings with them. Most afternoons I was going to centre one to get his things like shoes, socks, drink bottle and hat. I get they want the children to learn responsibility but come on they are 4. Most of the staff a good and lovely. Not sure on what my child learned from the last couple of months as there were no daily updates on story park. No art work givin at the end of the year, just things chucked in their bags every now and then. There was no real graduation invitation just a note on story park, There was no Christmas party when a person from head office said they were going to organise one. Hopefully they can pick them selves back up this year and have one teacher all year and stick to the promised advertisement. And the staff turn over is insane. At least 4 or 5 different managers.

Amazing family friendly centre. The staff are approachable and really are there for the children. Highly recommend this Centre.

My daughter's went to this daycare for quite few months and they did nothing but put my child who has gdd in the hard basket and one of there educators actually layed hands on my daughter Maddy is the educators name and Im not happy I have gone to police and the education department about the daycare its the worst daycare i would of sent my children too I will never be sending them back there again they have really messed my daughter up

I experienced an amazing nursery and the nursery staff at this centre, but as soon as my son went into the toddler room there were constant markings/bites that couldnt be explained.
