I recently enquired about enrolment for my child after seeing the great reviews, but unfortunately my first impression was extremely disappointing. The girl who answered the phone was quite snappy, unhelpful and sounded like they genuinely disliked their job. It felt rushed and dismissive, and completely turned me off continuing with the centre. I even mentioned I was willing to pay the full fees for more flexibility. The attitude I received was as if I was an inconvenience. If someone is having a bad day, that shouldn’t be taken out on parents, especially when we’re enquiring about our children’s care. Based on this interaction alone, I’ve decided not to proceed. I would strongly suggest the centre review who is handling their phone enquiries, because first impressions matter and this one was unprofessional and off-putting.

The centre manager seemed to have a few favourites among the staff, mainly because they shared the same cultural background, and she was biased against others.

I’ve recently enrolled a child at Perfect Beginnings Montessori and it’s been the best decision. The environments are calm, staff are attentive and nurturing, and my child has really thrived in the environment they’ve created. Thank you Perfect Beginnings Team!

My daughter has graduated from here last year. She had a very smooth transition to prep thanks to the foundation she built through the kindergarten program provided by Montessori Garden. Montessori garden also provided her an environment to cultivate her sports and outdoor activates skills. I also put my younger kid on the waiting list so he could go through the same path.

Both of my children haven been attending this centre. The educators are very caring and inclusive and keen to provide feedback about your child’s development. The bush kindy program is absolutely amazing. They often take the children to parks, beaches and museums, etc. to explore the nature and create new experience. The management team is informative. They always keep the parents updated with any centre and staff changes. And I can see the centre is continuously improving their services.

10/10 would not take my daughter anywhere else :)
