All workers are so lovely and caring. Never felt more at ease leaving my children in care. The team here is great! They have great programs in place and their outdoor play spaces are incredible. Thank you BCC!

My 8 month old was not given any food or water on a 37 degree day, all day it was his 3rd day at the centre. An investigation has occurred and the outcomes has been “poor systems within this centre” they have been breached by the educations standards board, however the staff members responsible are still working within the centre over 3 months after the incident. I would not recommend this centre to anyone. It is independent and ran by a governing council who are not fast acting, not responsible, resourceful or helpful. The department of education does not have control over this centre and can not help you. PLEASE be VERY careful in getting information before leaving your children in someone else’s care. If it wasn’t my child it could have been yours and we are just lucky he is alive and well.
