From day one, the staff made us feel welcome and reassured, and our child settled in quickly thanks to their patience and nurturing approach. The learning programs are fun, creative, and thoughtfully planned—our child is always excited to share what they’ve done each day. The centre is clean, safe, and well-organised, with great indoor and outdoor play spaces that encourage exploration and imagination. What truly stands out is the strong sense of community and the open communication from the team. We always feel informed and supported. The staff, under the guidance of the new director, have truly gone above and beyond in caring for and supporting our child. Each of the ladies brings warmth, kindness, and professionalism to everything they do. No request is ever too much, and their communication with families has been great. Such a shame, it was a lovley centre until the new director took over this year. Having staff talk bad about my child... Such a shame, it was a lovley centre until the new director took over this year. Having staff talk bad about my child behind her back, lying to parents, no support for my daughter who has special needs, instead of being helped with her transition back to a normal life after chemo therapy , she was belittled and put down by the staff at the centre and judged for her difficulties. I would not recommend this centre to anybody. Read more
