Unfortunately had a very negative experience. The morale among educators was noticeably low, and it was clear that unhappy staff cannot create a genuinely nurturing environment for children. More concerningly, I witnessed some educators behave quite differently with the children once parents had left for the day — which raises serious questions about consistency of care. I would strongly advise educators and parents to think carefully before joining Sunkids Sunnybank Hills, at least while the current leadership remains in place.

Sunkids Sunnybank Hills is truly one of the best childcare centres in Australia. All indoor and outdoor play areas are thoughtfully designed for different age groups, with no blind spots — every area is safely and effectively supervised in real time. The centre maintains the highest standards of hygiene and safety. All toys are sanitised daily, and nappy-changing procedures are extremely strict and professional. Each area meets the highest cleanliness standards in the industry. There is also a professional chef preparing healthy, customised meals for babies and children — honestly, the best meals I’ve ever seen in childcare! The outdoor environment is amazing: a big yard for Pre-Kindy and Kindy, a small yard for Junior Kindy and Toddler, and even a separate nursery yard for babies. These yards include a mud kitchen, obstacle courses, and other exciting play areas that are updated monthly according to the centre’s programming plan. Indoors, children enjoy various play zones such as dramatic play, construction, literacy, and art corners — every detail shows how much the centre cares about children’s learning and wellbeing. Each indoor and outdoor room’s setting is professionally designed by ECTs every day, so the environment changes daily, keeping children busy, curious, and constantly growing. The centre even offers regular kids’ yoga classes to help children improve focus, balance, and mindfulness. I highly recommend Sunkids Sunnybank Hills to any family looking for a safe, high-quality, and truly happy early learning environment!

Wonderful facility & staff. Our toddler so enjoyed their time spent here, and is sad to be leaving. Highly recommended.

From the moment we first visited, the educators at Sunkids Sunnybank hills have been incredibly welcoming and nurturing. They've created such a warm and supportive environment where my child has thrived. The staff are always so engaged and truly care about each child's well-being and development. We are so grateful for the care and dedication they provide every day! One of the best decision ever to send my LO to this centre. She adapted very well and look forward to go to the centre everyday as if she was going out on a fun adventure which assured me that she’s in good hands. Thank you sunkids SBH family :)
