We have recently started our 12 month old son at Roseberry House Bentleigh and we are absolutely loving it so far. The care, support and genuine dedication from the staff have been wonderful from day one. The team creates such a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, happy and supported. Communication with families is also excellent and we always feel informed and reassured about how our son’s day has been. It is clear that the educators truly care about the children and put a lot of thought into their learning and wellbeing. We feel very lucky to have found Roseberry House and would highly recommend it to other families.

Both our sons have loved (and for the little one still love) being at Roseberry House Bentleigh. It was my first choice from all the tours I did many years ago, and the experience has been great all the way through. Love seeing my kids happy at drop off, and excited to share what they have been up to each day. Communication has always been great.

We’ve been part of the RH family since our little one was just 9 months old, and we couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care and support we’ve received from day one. The entire team—Phoebe, Romi, Chrystalla, Kelsey, and all the wonderful educators and staff—run such a well-organised, nurturing, and efficient centre. They are dedicated, prompt, attentive, and supportive, which gives us so much reassurance and peace of mind when leaving our child in their care. From the moment you walk through the doors, it’s clear there’s a strong sense of teamwork and connection among the staff, and that warmth translates beautifully into how they care for the children. The Wombat Room and Chrystalla in particular, has exceeded all our expectations. Our child has experienced such an amazing burst of learning and development—it’s truly been a joy to watch. The thoughtful creative activities, the encouragement, cultural celebrations, family involvement and the continuous effort to grow and improve the program are deeply appreciated. We’ve been with Roseberry House Bentleigh since 2022 after moving from another center where we weren’t happy and the difference is just night and day – from the attention to detail to each child’s needs, to the approachability of management and educators, the engagement with the children through fun activities, the transparency and constant communication and not to forget the delicious food prepared by Kelsey the inhouse chef. What won me over in particular is the strictness and seriousness with which they take health and safety, especially if children are sick – ensuring they’re not at the center to avoid other kids getting sick (this was a big one for me, especially in that dreaded first year of daycare). Now I have both my kids at RHB and despite having numerous opportunities to move, we’ll stick with RBH throughout kinder. The center just has a warm 'homey' feeling about it and the educators and management genuinely care about all the children there. Every morning both my kids are greeted with a smile - by name - by whoever is at the desk and it’s those small things which make Roseberry House Bentleigh great.

We're on our second year at Roseberry and are very happy here. The staff are like family and are extremely supportive. They manage hygiene and sickness very well, which has protected our child from becoming unwell frequently. It is an inclusive centre that celebrates the holidays from different religions and cultures. Highly recommend!

We have been a part of the Roseberry family for over a year now. All of the staff are warm, attentive, and responsive. They provide an enriching, nurturing, and stimulating environment and curriculum. We absolutely love it.

We have loved our time at Roseberry house so far. We started when our daughter was 10m old and she is now almost 4, with our second daughter also recently starting her journey here. The whole team is wonderful, all of the educators know my kids by name and what they’ve been up to, not just the ones that happen to be in their class. The reception staff is also wonderful, always going above and beyond to be of support to us when in need. We especially love the multiculturalism of the centre, and every day from every religion is always celebrated. I would highly recommend this centre to anyone who is looking for a nurturing, caring, and safe environment for their children to thrive in.

We went on countless orientations and tours of centres near and far back in 2023 and found nothing that remotely compared to Roseberry House Bentleigh. My son comes home every day so excited to tell us how his day has gone and all the excitement that ensued. The educators are meticulous, friendly and highly encouraging of every single child. This centre fills us with such warmth that we’ve already enrolled baby #2, due any day now 🫶🏼

My daughter just started a month ago and so far, she loves it! The educators are great and truly care about the kids. It's seen in my daughter's big smile in drop offs and pick ups. Thank you for the amazing care! 😍
