We have been supported from the moment I enquired about enrolling until the very last day before my child is off to Primary School. What a great three years we’ve had. We have had a fantastic experience at Good Start Chelsea Heights. We couldn’t be more grateful to have found such a nurturing and supportive environment. The staff have been incredible—always listening to our requests and making us feel comfortable dropping off our babies each time. An amazing centre with a superb, long-serving staff that bring you into the centre like one of the family. Our daughter has gone from strength to strength at Goodstart Chelsea Heights. We have seen her grow in her confidence exploring the yard and interacting with her other toddlers, and she is so well looked after by the brilliant staff. It’s a testament to how well she’s looked after when she is happy to be dropped off in the morning and they know her favourite breakfast. We feel we get a personal experience and can trust the centre with the care of our child. We hope to pursue kinder here also before starting school. I have been a part of this wonderful community for the past six years, and I cannot express how happy I am with the quality of care my three children have received. The staff at Goodstart's Chelsea Heights are truly exceptional. They are not only friendly but also incredibly nurturing. I have always felt at ease leaving my children in their care, knowing that they are in safe hands. The educators are passionate about what they do and go above and beyond to create a stimulating and supportive environment for the children. I would also like to highlight the fabulous office staff at Goodstart's Chelsea Heights. They have been incredibly helpful and accommodating, making the administrative side of things seamless and stress-free. Overall, Goodstart Chelsea Heights has been a second home for my children, providing them with a nurturing and enriching environment. I highly recommend this childcare centre to any parent looking for exceptional care for their little ones.

This centre is run by a passionate, professional director with high standards and a beautiful heart. She has equally managed to find staff and teachers that are equally passionate, caring, and amazing at what they do. Our little boy has been coming here since he was 9 months old, and unfortunately about 2 years later we are moving out of the area and need to find a new school. This has been a very sad choice for us to make, as our little boy has such strong and secure relationships with the beautiful teachers he has. Having found a replacement school, I can wholeheartedly say that this place is special. The staff here strive to be the best they can, take time to bond with child and parent, and all round just make the whole childcare experience simple, fun, and stress free. We will genuinely miss all of the teachers and staff that we have come to be so close too. We couldn’t recommend this place more!
