This was a great place for our two children, until we moved to Melbourne my two children attended here. The educators including Director, Management, reception people of this centre are well planned, friendly, and caring people. Good learning and development program here. Our children went here for several years, very happy with quality, consistency and behaviour of staff.

We had an extremely negative experience with the center. The educators were engaging in inappropriate behavior, such as intimidating children by threatening them with being on the naughty list and not receiving gifts from Santa. They even went as far as asking parents not to take their children anywhere. Instead of fostering growth and positive experiences, their only approach seemed to be based on threats. Additionally, they would discuss other children with parents and ask them not to invite certain kids they deemed as "bad." We attempted to address our concerns with the management, but unfortunately, no action was taken. We strongly advise against leaving your children at this center.

The staff at Goodstart Waurn Ponds are outstanding! The boys run into their room excited and love to spend the day laughing, playing and learning with their freinds, and I walk away feeling so lucky that they are in such a caring and professional learning environment. My children love going to Goodstart Waurn Ponds! The staff are super friendly and welcoming to all and my kids love exploring the outdoor spaces and playing with their friends! The staff develop really strong relationships with the children which means my kids feel safe and eager to learn along side their classmates. The centre is community and family orientated with a strong focus on inclusiveness for all.

The Goodstart Early Learning Team is inviting, friendly and nurturing. The centre and it's facilities are well-maintained and clean, and the outdoor yards are large and spacious. Communication with parents about the centre (ie: policy changes, event's, illnesses etc), learning spaces, and your child's development is amazing. I love that my child has a primary educator that he attends to most of his daily needs and he can form a special bond with. They also offer different fee rates (full day, 10 hr day or 9 hr day) that suits individual family needs. Highly recommended this centre and it's staff.

My kid has been studying here for 2 years. Fantastic school. A lot of activities. He loves school than home.

Our daughter is progressing hugely thanks to her lead educator and she is very fond of all the staff. We very much appreciate the individual updates we get after each day she is there as well.
