I notice at the service that educators are just busy cleaning the service all the time rather then taking care of children. Most of staff are badly treated by management.

Very bad management...I am a parent, when I was at the service notice management treat they staff very badly.

We are happy that our baby is going well in this care. Our baby is in Toddler 1 and since he is upgrade he is adjusting very well. The teacher Karen and entire team in this room are super friendly and caring for the babies. We really appreciate their hard work.

Left the center for Prep for 2 months already, engaged with too many comments on StoryPark but this morning the random memory sent me a reminder that I have not done Google review. Well, first of all regarding Managment: Renea and Evonne, they're the best in childcare industry. We had been through 5 different ELCs and several visits, absolutely confident to make this judgment. Facility: my goodness, it's the best in many perspectives of design and kid-friendly environment. I told myself this is the one after the very first visit more than a year ago. Culture: not gonna ask for more with the way it's operating in the toughest industry with staff shortage and turnover. Suggestion: just drop your kids in the morning and pick up in the afternoon without a little worry about anything. Don't but you would have been able to take them for a granted :)
