I don’t leave many reviews - but every so often you come across a great business that is absolutely worth reviewing. Delshad at Bracken Ridge Family Daycare - definitely in that category. We have had our boy now at BRFD since he was about 15 months - and his development has skyrocketed, socially he is so much more confident and we absolutely couldn’t be happier. Daycare for us wasn’t a decision we made lightly - but this one has paid off for the absolute best. If you’re thinking of family daycare - this one is positively worth checking out. Can’t thank Delshad enough 🙏

After 2x 30 minute visits to a regular Daycare centre resulted in sickness with each visit, we decided to explore Family Daycare. My 19-month-old, outdoor loving son has now been with Delshad for 4 months and I couldn't be happier with her service. *touch wood* We haven't even had a sniffle in that time. My son found the transition to not being at home tough, but Delshad took the time to get to know him, and he is now thriving with her. He comes home with new words and new dance moves each week. I would recommend Bracken Ridge Family Daycare to anyone looking for a kind caregiver and a nurturing environment.

Delshad has been amazing with our little girl. My daughter started to attend Bracken Ridge Family Daycare when she was 9 months old and has settled so well. She loves her daycare days. I'm incredibly happy with the nurturing, safe, and supportive environment Delshad has created. I have recommended Bracken Ridge Family Daycare to multiple friends. Delshad has been playing such an important role in my daughter’s early development, and I'm truly grateful for the genuine care, patience, and kindness she has been showing all the way.

My daughter has attended here for 2.5 years. Before coming here, I was at breaking point with the non-stop sickness she was getting from the big daycare centre. Since she's been coming here, I don't have to deal with the stress of that and feel very supported. She enjoys going here and most importantly I have complete peace of mind and know she is safe and in very capable hands. We are often blown away with her development from speech to new yoga and dance moves and have Dalshad to thank for that as some of the things she does have not been taught by us! Would 1000% recommend this daycare to any parent looking for care for their child.

Very unprofessional with 0 customer service. Does treat according to parents profession. Australia is multicultural country but treat as per skin colour- Discrimination.

Ms.Delshad is just awesome. I was worried how will my kid be in a family day care and to my surprise he was alright and my son still talks about her even after 6 Months. We sent him till September last year. He was so calm and happy for my there. I can recommend Ms.Delshad 200%for anyone looking to send their kids. I thank her so much for a smooth transition of my kid from centre based to the family day care

Highly recommend Delshad. She's very loving with the children and has a lovely home. My son particularly loves her big garden to run around in! She has lots of equipment and is always doing a variety of activities with him!
