Welcome to Busy Bees Family Day Care, a warm and nurturing learning environment in the heart of Marsfield, NSW 2122.
My name is Azita, and I am proud to be the Winner of the 2025 Excellence in Family Day Care Awards, recognised as Regional Educator of the Year. Being acknowledged among such outstanding educators across the region is a true honour, one I hold with great pride and responsibility. This award reflects the commitment, professionalism, and genuine care I bring to my work each day, and the positive impact I strive to make in the lives of children, their families, and the wider community.
Registered with CCA Family Day Care in Eastwood, I bring over 25 years of experience as a dedicated early childhood educator. I hold a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education, and my philosophy is grounded in play-based learning. Through engaging experiences, children are encouraged to explore, discover, and build essential life skills in a natural and enjoyable way. Sustainability and a strong connection to the environment are also part of our daily learning.
I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and enriching space where every child feels valued, supported, and confident to grow and thrive.
Busy Bees is more than childcare, it’s a home away from home where curiosity is encouraged, independence is nurtured, and every child is celebrated.
