The team are just wonderful. They are friendly, attentive, and truly engaged with the children, creating a calm and nurturing atmosphere throughout the centre. One of my favourite aspects is the space itself, especially the beautiful outdoor environment. It’s thoughtfully set up, inviting, and provides children with so many opportunities to explore, play and connect. Overall, it’s a fantastic centre with a strong leadership team and a positive, caring culture.

I genuinely enjoy visiting this centre. From the moment you walk in you can feel how welcoming and well organised the environment is. The manager is absolutely approachable, supportive and clearly passionate about creating a high quality service for both the children and families. Its a fantastic centre with a great team.

I am very pleased with Cuddles Thornlie despite our short stay. From the beginning, Stacey, the Centre Director, was welcoming and very responsive, which made the enrolment and transition process smooth and reassuring. As an early childhood teacher working in the industry myself, I can recognise a quality centre when I see one. One thing I really appreciated was the consistency of staffing, particularly in the baby room. Having familiar educators present each day made the settling process much easier and allowed me to regularly speak with the same staff member. This consistency helped build trust and created a safe and secure environment during those important early weeks. I also noticed that the educators were always actively engaging with the children—talking with them, interacting, and supporting their play rather than simply supervising. The team is vibrant and clearly passionate about what they do, which creates a warm and positive atmosphere throughout the centre. A special thank you to Amandeep in the Babies Room for the exceptional care she provided. She consistently made me feel confident that my child was in good hands and helped create an environment where they felt safe and secure. It’s a shame that we have to leave such a wonderful centre, but we have recently found a family member who is able to provide care for our children. We are very grateful for the care and support the team has provided during our time here and wish the centre and all the educators the very best.

Six months ago, we made the switch from our previous daycare to this centre and it was the best decision we could have made. Both of my boys absolutely love going here. Kathleen, Elle, Taryn, and Beth are all incredible educators who genuinely care about the children and their wellbeing. You can truly see the dedication they bring every day. Stacey, the Centre Manager, is hands-on and present in the rooms with the kids, running activities and engaging with them. That level of involvement isn’t something you see in many centres, and it really makes a difference. The centre is always clean, there are plenty of engaging activities for the children, and the yard is safe and well maintained. We couldn’t be happier with our choice. 💛

Our family has been at this centre since it opened and we couldn’t be happier. It truly feels like a family, and our child is so well cared for.

I’d give Cuddles Thornlie 10 stars if I could! About 7 months ago we made the nerve wracking decision to change daycare centres for our two children and im happy to say it’s been the best decision we could have ever made. Stacey the centre manager has been so friendly and helpful from our very first contact. Beth, Elle, Taryn & Leia provide the very best care, they are so attentive and loving and I can see that in the way my kids light up around them - all of the educators really have become a huge part of my kids lives. They were all so helpful during the transition stage and took extra care to make sure the kids felt safe and welcomed. The facilities are clean and modern, they provide great activities to keep all of the children entertained and learning new skills. Much more than a daycare, I recommend Cuddles Thornlie to anyone looking for the peace of mind knowing your kids are in the very best hands!

My 2 year old son attends Cuddles in Thornlie and they really are a great centre. They take special care of all the children, and communicate with me if my son has any issues promptly! And I love their social media posts, very creative! Keep up the good work ladies!
