Hi, My children have been attending billabong now for 3 years. The care they receive is outstanding and I highly recommend billabong to parents and families who are looking for a center to enroll their child. All staff are committed, dedicated, professional and super friendly. Unlike other day care centers there is no staff turn over allowing for my children to create close bonds with their educators. The center is also very clean and staff follow strict hygiene practices which they share with children. All staff communicate effectively and are quick to respond. Diverse activities are planned and implemented for the children to participate in. When my children transitioned to the next room my husband and I were always supported and given frequent updates. Both my children absolutely love billabong and are always excited to go. I could not be happier with billabong :) Read more

Our daughter absolutely loved her time there and learnt a lot. Now our 2.5 years old son is attending Billabong. It is the most caring, wonderful and warm childcare we could ask for. I highly recommend Billabong Community Early Learning Centre. Both my children have attended the centre and both thoroughly enjoyed their time there. The educators are so kind and caring, and they do wonderful work with the children - taking them out of excursions and having special incursions for things such as science week and book week as well as the education they instil in the children whilst in their care. My son, now in Kindy, has been saying he wishes he could go back as ‘the food is heaps better and he loves his naps’ and is always asking when he can go back to visit. Billabong is a wonderful part of the East Victoria Park community, and management has made it the wonderful place that children love attending. Read more

My daughter has been attending Billabong since she was just shy of 6 months of age, now 18 months. From the very first moments she has been looked after with the utmost care. I was quite nervous about leaving her at such a young age but that feeling very quickly disappeared once I saw how much she enjoyed her time there. She has beautiful connections with the educators & I’m always so thoroughly impressed with all she is learning & doing each day she attends. Her time at Billabong has made her flourish into such a well socialised, confident little girl. My youngest daughter will be starting in a few months which I have zero hesitation about. I have been a part of the Billabong Community Early Learning Centre for the past seven years. From the moment I joined the Centre, I knew I had found a special place that would not only nurture the children but also support and uplift its staff. When I returned from my maternity leave, bringing my little one to the Centre, I had no doubts or concerns. The care and attention provided by the staff in the baby room / now in toddlers were/ are exceptional. Throughout this journey, my manager, Shani, has been an incredible pillar of support. From my early days at the center to becoming a first-time mom, she has always been there, offering guidance, understanding, and encouragement. Her dedication and passion for early childhood education are truly inspiring. I must also commend the entire staff at the Centre. They genuinely care about the well-being and development of the children under their care. It's evident that they have a deep passion for early childhood education, and their commitment shines through in the way they interact with the children and their families. I highly recommend the Billabong Early Learning Centre to any parent seeking a nurturing and enriching environment for their child. 👍 Read more
