Lupinacci Sisters was born out of the genuine desire to provide families with care opportunities that assist their family to stay together and grow in a world where family life is becoming increasingly hard to maintain.
At Lupinacci’s we know that the family is a special place. We know that cost of living is putting pressure on family life and we understand the pressure and commitments due to the modern workforce.
Mainstream day care centres understand these pressures too but unlike Lupinacci’s they do not have the opportunity to negotiate individual hours and to keep costs low. They don’t have the scope to cater to the needs and interests of the individual and often they are burdened by their own pressures of the modern world including high staff turn around and learning rooms that are booked to capacity.
Lupinacci’s promises to keep costs at base level so families can claim the maximum CCs subsidy that their situation allows, this could mean families could be eligible for 90% subsidy.
Lupinacci’s can keep costs low without any compromise of quality because they are a service that operates from home. We are still audited regularly and bound to the safety guidelines and regulations of any other day care centre but because numbers are low, there is much more flexibility and much more personality too!
In a regular centre can your child participate in the life cycle of a chicken, watch it hatch, watch it grow into a hen and then collect it’s egg in a backyard strewn with Mulberry, citrus and elderberry trees?
