Unacceptable and alarming. Indian background (toddler room leader) threw my 2-year-old’s bottle in the bin, then denied it and blamed her for “wanting attention” while she cried for nearly an hour. Management did nothing. Conflicting stories, no CCTV (despite saying there was), and decisions about my child made without consent. Later, my child struggled to breathe — I found multiple grains of rice lodged deep in her nose. Reported. No response. Children are afraid. Ratios appear below standard, staff turnover is high, activities are minimal, and mixed-age groups are left together for long periods. No accountability. Serious safety concerns. Avoid this centre.

As a mum of two, I cannot speak highly enough of Little Lane Doncaster. From the moment you walk in, you feel how warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring the entire team is. It gives you immediate confidence that your children are in the best hands. The Nursery Room Leader is absolutely wonderful, so nurturing, attentive, and clearly passionate about supporting each child’s development. As a parent, it brings so much peace of mind knowing my children are cared for with such genuine love and professionalism. The entire team is amazing, always supportive, approachable, and consistently going above and beyond for both the children and families.This is without a doubt the best Montessori centre in the area. The environment, the quality of care, and the thoughtful learning approach truly set it apart. A special mention to Tina and the leadership team, who are incredible. Their dedication and genuine care flow through the whole centre and make such a difference to the experience for families.What really stands out is that this is a family owned service that truly goes above and beyond. It feels like a real community. Even thoughtful touches, like chef Amber supporting gardening experiences and encouraging healthy eating during mealtimes, show just how much care and effort goes into everything they do. I would highly recommend Little Lane Doncaster to any parent looking for a nurturing, high quality early learning environment!!!!

We’ve tried a few different childcare centres around the Doncaster area, and this one has easily been the best. The educators are caring and attentive, and it’s clear they genuinely care about the children. My daughter is happy and comfortable here and always looks forward to going. It gives us real peace of mind knowing she’s in such a supportive and nurturing environment. I’d happily recommend this centre to other families.

Highly recommended 👍 I was a-bit worried when i have decided to send my daughter there because it is a brand new center. But it turned out to be a very good decision i have made as my daughter is very happy to go there every day and the teachers are very nice. They have very good and spacious indoor playgrounds so that the kids don't have to be kept in the room when the weather is not good.
