Having worked in the early childhood industry for over 20 years, I was extremely selective about where I would enrol my son. I know firsthand what quality care should look like, and I had very high expectations when choosing a centre. I’m so pleased to say that Little Leo’s has ticked every single box!<br><br>One of the biggest things for me has been watching how quickly my son has formed such beautiful bonds with several of the educators. He is an only child and extremely attached to me, so seeing him happily run straight into the educators’ arms each morning is something I never expected to happen so quickly. As a parent, there is no greater reassurance than knowing your child genuinely loves the people caring for him.<br><br>Every time I arrive to collect my son, regardless of the time of day, the level of care is consistent. The educators are always welcoming, smiling and genuinely engaged with the children. The children are settled, happy and involved in experiences, which, coming from an early childhood background, speaks volumes about the environment and the relationships the educators have established.<br><br>The centre is always clean, well maintained and inviting. Another huge positive is that my son hasn’t been sick once since starting in August! At his previous centre, he was sick almost every fortnight, so this has been such a welcome change.<br><br>The Centre Director is approachable, welcoming and clearly knows both the educators and the children within the service. She goes above and beyond and is always present in the rooms supporting where she can. There is a genuine sense of teamwork and care throughout the centre.<br><br>Communication is also fantastic. The app is updated within a reasonable timeframe, meaning I’m never left wondering whether my son has eaten, slept or how his day is going. As a working parent, having that peace of mind is incredibly important.<br><br>Most importantly, what really sets Little Leo’s apart is the genuine love, care and commitment the educators show towards my son. It’s one thing to provide childcare, but it’s another to create an environment where children feel genuinely loved, safe and secure. The warmth and affection shown towards my son are evident every single day, and I couldn’t be more grateful.<br><br>Being able to work and provide for my son depends on having people I can wholeheartedly trust to care for him while I’m away. The educators at Little Leo’s make that possible, and knowing my son is thriving allows me to go to work each day with complete peace of mind.<br><br>Little Leo’s is so much more than just a childcare centre. It’s my village. Little Leo’s has become an extension of our little family, a place where my son is nurtured and i feel supported. Knowing that I have such a wonderful team of people helping me raise and guide my son makes all the difference.<br><br>I feel incredibly fortunate to have found a centre that not only meets my professional expectations but, more importantly, gives my son the love, security and happiness every child deserves

Little Leo is always clean and tidy, and the educators are caring and attentive. My child is well looked after and has hardly been sick since starting here, which gives me great peace of mind. We’re very happy with the care and would happily recommend Little Leo to other families.

We are so happy with this beautiful new childcare centre! Both of my children attend here — one is in the Zebra Room and the other is in the Meerkat Room.<br><br>Everyone, from the director to the educators, has been incredibly kind, friendly and patient. They genuinely care about the children and are very thoughtful in the way they support each child.<br><br>My younger son was under two when he started and had never been away from me before. He was also very attached to breastfeeding, so he found the transition quite difficult at first. I was so impressed with how gently the educators handled it. During the first week, they allowed me to stay with him at the centre so he could get used to the environment and teachers while feeling safe. Then they gradually reduced my time there, helping him go from staying by himself for just one hour to eventually staying for the whole day.<br><br>I’m truly grateful to the director and teachers for being so patient and understanding. I was also worried about his naps because he had always needed breastfeeding to fall asleep at home, but now he can fall asleep with just a little patting from his teachers! He has so much fun at childcare every day and is always happy to play.<br><br>The centre also has its own kitchen, and the food is fresh and well prepared, which is another big plus for us.<br><br>Overall, we are very happy with the centre and feel very lucky to have found it. I would definitely recommend it to any parents looking for a warm, caring and child-focused childcare centre. ❤️
