On numerous occasions my husband and I witnessed unnecessary screaming at two year old crying children by Shannon in the younger room. If you want your child to be in a positive learning environment and grow with confidence steer clear. Staff are constantly turning over and barely met the ratio. Work experience trainees were doing the heavy lifting. Find somewhere nicer for your child by all means, I would give zero stars if I could. Read more

I’m a very cautious, analytical parent and after touring so many centres, St Nics was the first place where I felt completely comfortable. The atmosphere is so calm and loving — the staff are genuinely warm, the kids are happy, and there’s a beautiful balance of outdoor play, music, books, good food, and even church time that gives kids a sense of purpose and belonging. Everyone, from the admin team to the Director, makes you feel welcome and treats your child as an individual, not just a number. Highly recommend! (I’ve used an alias to protect my privacy.)
