Educators here are nice and careful. My first child attended this cc for 3 years. After two year of graduation, now my second child goes here too, I didn't even think about choosing another cc for my little one.

My kids both attended First Steps and the carers are all angels. It’s a female staffer only daycare and they follow strict policies directed towards child safety and it’s managed very well. The culture is very inclusive and the kids are all free to grow in their own way while being professionally supervised. It’s one of those businesses that’s hard to critique because they have just thought of everything and they implement everything. My children attended in every room over the time they have been in First Steps and the quality of care is consistent from very young to ready for school. The readiness for school program is very good also, they have parent education days where you get pointers about how to help your child be ready for school and they genuinely care about your child’s outlook going forward. It has been a big part of my children’s journey growing up and I will miss it next year when my youngest goes to school but I hope they can be part of your child’s journey going forward, it’s honestly a great daycare, safe, professional and lots of fun. My children Attended for 3 years and I Highly Recommend this daycare.

We have 2 kids at this center and I have to say it’s the best center I have ever been to. Always clean, tidy and everything in order. My kids absolutely love going every single time and always ask to go back. My eldest son had been to another center before and never wanted to go and always seemed unhappy. After enrolling at first steps everything changed. I feel very comfortable leaving my kids under there care and i know my kids couldn’t be in better hands. Highly recommend this center. Ang and the whole team are amazing!

When I moved here, my daughter came to this center. The teachers are very responsible, patient, and very good. They have learned a lot here. It is a very good early childhood education center. What happened to my daughter in the center, they will also tell me in time. There will be some activities during the festival. The activity space and facilities inside are not bad. My daughter will also tell me that she likes to go to school. In general, she is very satisfied and will recommend it to my friends.

you know it's a good centre when your son doesn't want to come home 😅, my sons development has been very noticeable since he started, socially and emotionally, and they did a great job getting him ready for kindergarten.

Educators are really nice friendly and supportive. Both of my kids attend this childcare it is greatly recommended.

My child has been attending First Steps for almost a year now, and he has been the happiest. Very friendly team of teachers and educators, super clean and well resourced environment. The school readiness program they provide is rich, nurturing and fulfilling to a high level. The director is very professional and goes above and beyond to support not only children, but also working families. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

It is great centre, and the director and the educators are so responsible to the all children. Good have the centre for my children in their early childhoods.

The team at First Steps are absolutely amazing! All the educators are so caring and compassionate to my children. The growth i have seen in my kids are above my expectations. the school readiness program is excellent too.
