We couldn’t be happier with this childcare. From day one, the staff made our family feel welcome and genuinely cared for. The educators are not only highly professional but also incredibly warm, patient, and attentive with the kids. You can tell they truly love what they do. The environment is clean, safe, and well-organised, with plenty of engaging activities that support learning, creativity, and social development. Every day our child comes home happy, having learned something new, which gives us so much peace of mind. Communication has been excellent—regular updates, photos, and honest feedback make it easy to stay connected and involved. It’s clear the team goes above and beyond to create a positive, nurturing space for every child. Highly recommend to any parent looking for a childcare that feels like a second home.

The team at cuddles Bertram are great, My two boys attend afternoon school and vacation care. what I like the most about the centre is the space available for children to play, large outdoor play areas to explore, great sized classes with plenty of fun-filled activities. The receptionist always greets me when i pick up and is very helpful 😊

Step into our multiple and recently refurbished outdoor areas that seamlessly connect with each room. Here, your little ones can enjoy sandy adventures, play structures, trampoline play and more - all under the shelter of our natural trees and ample shade sails.
Delight in the fresh, delicious, and nutritious meals prepared by our in-house chef in our kitchen, fueling your child's body and mind for their daily adventures.
We extend our care beyond the preschool years, offering the Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) services of Before and After School Care and Vacation Care for children aged 4-12, complete with convenient transportation to and from selected local primary schools and fun excursions on our Cuddles Bus.
