As first time users of this childcare we understand that sometimes things go wrong. Things get missed and mistakes happen. We get that. But the sheer incompetence of the management of this centre is beyond ignorance. The number of times they have neglected our child’s needs is more than we can ignore. Absolutely not complaining about the educators. They do their best. But the management is appalling and to make matters worse there is zero accountability. Every time we complained we were somehow told it was our fault or that we had misunderstood or not communicated well enough. If we’d received an apology and strategy to move forward we would have been completely satisfied to let issues slide once or twice but the blatant refusal to accept blame or implement change is beyond reproach. The policies are also ridiculous. Refusing to rock young babies to sleep due to OHS concerns, having all ages in shared rooms until 10am, no orientation program at all even for first timers because of flu season, minimum staffing at all times so no one ever answers the front desk or phone because they are needed on the floor. It has been the worst experience. They call me numerous times a week because they can’t get my child to sleep, even after 6 months and that ruins our whole afternoon and evening with an overtired Bub. Meetings, plans, our work all compromised regularly because they were unable to do their jobs effectively. Not to mention the constant worry because they forgot to feed him or change his nappy dar too often. Trust goes a long way in childcare and we would not trust this centre with a houseplant moving toward. DO NOT SEND YOUR YOUNG CHILD HERE.

All staff are very friendly and welcoming and quickly learned my son's name. As a new centre it's very clean and I have been impressed by the musical activities and daily updates provided. My 1 year old loves it there!

We strongly believe that Early Childhood is the fundamental foundation for future life skills and further learning. Establishing a secure and consistent environment for children to become collaborators in their own learning discoveries bestows a sense of ownership, accomplishment, and enthusiasm. To support this, our classrooms present educational and nurturing environments in which we provide opportunities for children to be independent learners and encourage uninterrupted time for investigation and play. Our programs support and incorporate each individual child’s needs and abilities through open-ended experiences that are a combination of intentional teaching and child-initiated learning.
