I would like to thank Carmela the director of Kogarah Uniting for all the support and care they gave to my child. Their approach is different and teachers are experienced and their patience and understanding a child's need is very much appreciated. I have seen a lot of change and development in his overall growth , I am happy with their service. I am not sure if anyone have bad experience.

Our daughter has been attending Uniting Kogarah, and she absolutely loves it there! She's made so many wonderful friends and truly enjoys her time. We’re moving to another suburb, which is the only reason we’re leaving. We’re incredibly grateful to the kind and patient teachers who have taken such great care of her. They’ve created a warm and nurturing environment that has made a lasting impact on our family. This is a great place to start your child learning journey. All the staffs are very supportive and kind. Kids enjoyed a lot in both indoor and outdoor areas. Place is neat and clean all the time. Staff provide regular feedback about children learning skills progress. Highly recommended this learning centre.

Since 2009, Uniting Early Learning Kogarah has supported families across Kogarah, the St George area and Southern Sydney, providing high‑quality early learning and preschool education for children from birth to 5 years. Located on Bidjigal land in the heart of Kogarah, NSW, our long day care centre offers a welcoming, inclusive environment where children feel safe, confident and curious to learn.
Encouraging curiosity and exploration
Many of our educators have been part of the centre for many years, creating strong relationships with children and families and reflecting the diverse cultures of the Kogarah community. Through regular local excursions and rich social interactions, children are encouraged to explore their surroundings and engage meaningfully with the world around them.
Supporting every stage of early development
Our educators take a care‑based approach for babies and toddlers, supporting communication, physical development, and social and emotional wellbeing. Our learning programs incorporate meaningful experiences such as Aboriginal education, while preschool children develop independence, confidence and curiosity through a balance of open‑ended play and structured learning activities.
Engaging indoor and outdoor learning spaces
Our stimulating indoor classrooms and natural outdoor play spaces encourage creativity and self‑expression. Children may build sandcastles in the sandpit, plant seeds in the vegetable garden, or care for our worm farm, supporting environmental awareness and responsibility. Our programs help prepare children for a smooth and confident transition to school.
