Absolutely phenomenal service, in this centre from top to bottom they are very professional yet treats everyone as a family with a big smile. My child struggled a lot in other child care centres until I found this gem. Highly recommended.

Our son has been attending this daycare for a while now, and we couldn’t be happier with the experience. The educators are warm, patient, and truly invested in each child’s growth. Every morning, our son walks in with a smile from how safe and comfortable he feels there. The communication is excellent. We always know how his day went, what he learned, and any little milestones he hits. The staff pay attention to the small things, and it shows in how confident and happy he has become. The environment is clean, well-organized, and full of engaging activities that really support learning through play. Our son has made great friends, learned new skills, and developed so much socially since starting here. We’re incredibly grateful for the care that everyone at Fern Valley provides. I’m very satisfied with this child care. Staff is really experienced and kind towards kids. Their activities and learn programs for every age group are very interesting and kids learn a lot. They serve fresh and balanced diet to kids. I had a very bad experience with another child care service in past. I feel blessed after finding this one. I feel my child care is safe and in good hands.
