We sent our son to Village for a couple of months before moving cities, where he was in the baby room. Kerry and her team created a genuinely warm and welcoming environment from the start. It is clear they put real care into what they do, and that comes through in how settled and happy the children are. Communication was excellent throughout. The regular updates during the day were thoughtful and reassuring, and the team always took the time at drop-off and pick-up to share how things were going. The food was great, and there is a strong sense that every detail is considered. We still talk about how much we miss Village. Thank you to Kerry and the team for taking such good care of our son.
