I worked at this Goodstart Early Learning center in the nursery room for over a year, and based on my experience, I would not recommend sending your child here. If I had a child of my own, I certainly wouldn't enroll them at this center. The management is more concerned with the appearance and reputation of the center than the actual wellbeing of the children or the staff. Concerns raised by educators are often ignored, and there's a clear lack of support from leadership. Many of the staff hired during my time there were underqualified and lacked a proper understanding of child development and care. Basic needs were often neglected. For example, children were only given their drink bottles during meal times—morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea—not when they were actually thirsty throughout the day. This is especially concerning in a nursery setting where hydration is critical. Even worse, there were multiple instances where RATS were found in the nursery room. I reported this to both the former center director (Priyanka) and the current center director (Mousumi), but neither took proper action and took it so lightly. I was told not to tell the parents, and no effort was made to disinfect the area or changing room as there were 2 rooms that was not being used. The health and safety of the children were clearly not a priority. After seeing firsthand how this center is run, I found it absolutely disgusting. I no longer wanted to be part of it. If you're considering this center, I strongly encourage you to do thorough research and consider other options.This is not a safe or caring environment for children. Read more

My son went to this school for a year and when I found out what they do to children at this day care I was extremely let down, I will never recommend this school to anyone ever. We are incredibly happy with the care and attention our child receives at Goodstart Flemington. The teachers are warm, nurturing, and truly dedicated to creating a safe and engaging environment. Our 2-year-old has been thriving—learning new words, socializing with friends, and enjoying fun activities every day. We appreciate the open communication, the patience of the staff, and the love they show to all the children. It gives us peace of mind knowing our little one is in such great hands.
