Over the past decade, four children from our family—two of my own and two of their cousins—had the privilege of attending St. Joseph’s Childcare. From our very first day, the Sisters and educators demonstrated outstanding professionalism, patience, and warmth. The facility is consistently maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and security.
Prior to enrolling here, we experienced the services of three alternative childcare centres in the local area, none of which met our expectations. A distinct point of difference was the exceptional attention to hygiene and attentiveness at St. Joseph's; unlike our previous experiences where the children frequently returned home untidy, St. Joseph's maintained an impeccable standard of care.
The Sisters care for each child with the dedication and affection of a parent. To this day, my fourteen-year-old nephew fondly remembers the comfort and reassurance offered by Sister Dorothy during his initial transition to the centre. It is evident that the educators prioritize the well-being of the children above all else, establishing profound bonds that ensure every child feels secure and valued.
Furthermore, the centre excels in providing specialized support. My son diagnosed Global Development Delay and faced communication challenges, and through the exemplary dedication of the Sisters, he successfully achieved milestones in toilet training, independent eating, and adjusting to structured daily routines.
We highly recommend!

If you are looking for a preschool at the moment, this is definitely the choice. I’m super impressed by the incursions and excursions they organise because the center has such great community connections, they bring in really unique, high quality experiences for the kids.

As a parent, there is nothing better than seeing your child genuinely excited to go to school every single day. My son has made great friends here and absolutely loves his teachers. The daily activities are fantastic, he’s always talking about dancing, singing, speaking practice, and even cooking!

Also that all the educators are permanent staff. Seeing the same familiar faces every day helped my son settle in so quickly and made him feel completely safe. Huge thanks to this amazing team for bringing so much heart and experience into teaching our little ones!

My three children attended St.Joseph's Childcare Centre, and truly became their second home.
The educators are Sisters, and that says everything! They look after, care for, and educate your child with genuine love- just like mothers would!
The amount of love, care, attention, and kindness shown to the children is something you will not find anywhere else these days. It is rare and incredibly special.
If you are considering this centre, I highly recommend to book a tour. Once you walk in and see it for yourself, you will understand immediately why this place is so unique.
Highly recommended from the heart!!

Tatyana Slade
Private piano Teacher and Educator

This is a wonderful childcare centre! The educators are friendly, professional, and supportive. The environment is warm and inclusive, and every child is truly valued. I was especially impressed by the well-planned preschool sessions for different age groups, which help children learn and grow at their own pace. Highly recommend this centre!

Great centre for your kids! My children had been delighted to go to school although they did not like to go to school. The teachers are professional , kind and caring which make me feel happy and satisfied to send my children here.My children has become confident and involved in learning and contributing. I recommend this centre to every parent!

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share our experience to help other families make informed decisions.
Our time at this centre was marked by poor communication and a lack of transparency. When we raised concerns about our child’s safety, including injuries that were not reported, we received defensive and unhelpful responses instead of support.
The center supervisor consistently behaved unprofessionally and disrespectfully, often dismissing parent concerns rather than working with us constructively. In one troubling instance, she spoke inappropriately to our young child, leaving her visibly distressed.
We no longer felt confident in the centre’s ability to provide safe and respectful care, which ultimately lead us to withdraw our child.
Sadly, our experience showed that this centre falls far short of the empathy, respect, and care that families should be able to expect from any childcare provider.

Our concerns were met with a dismissive and aggressive response, making respectful resolution impossible. Based on our experience, the centre appeared more focused on maximising fees — and on collecting payments without offering meaningful support for our child — rather than providing genuine care or encouraging developmental growth. I would encourage families to be cautious when considering this center.

My kid absolutely loves going here! St. Joseph's Child Care Centre has been a wonderful place for my kid. I highly recommend it to any parent looking for a caring and nurturing environment. It’s a small, well-managed childcare with a spacious, clean, and eco-friendly setting that makes it feel welcoming and safe. No need to be religious to attend.
The combination of sisters and teachers creates a great learning atmosphere, providing a well-rounded preschool education. The centre has a strong educational philosophy that aligns with our values. The communication with the sisters and teachers is excellent, and they genuinely care about the children’s growth and development.
