I rarely leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to share our experience to help other families make informed decisions. Our time at this centre was marked by poor communication and a lack of transparency. When we raised concerns about our child’s safety, including injuries that were not reported, we received defensive and unhelpful responses instead of support. The center supervisor consistently behaved unprofessionally and disrespectfully, often dismissing parent concerns rather than working with us constructively. In one troubling instance, she spoke inappropriately to our young child, leaving her visibly distressed. We no longer felt confident in the centre’s ability to provide safe and respectful care, which ultimately lead us to withdraw our child. Sadly, our experience showed that this centre falls far short of the empathy, respect, and care that families should be able to expect from any childcare provider. Read more
