The quality of personalised care and education provided by the educators and director of Rainbow is exceptional. Educators in each of the three rooms across the centre are knowledgeable, professional, enthusiastic, and an absolute delight! There is a high level of positivity and genuine care exhibited throughout service - and the positive effect of this on the children is evident. Staff turnover is remarkably low, allowing children to form strong, stable and lasting bonds with their educators. The outdoor areas are particularly well thought through, and provide an established natural environment to explore, encouraging children to engage with the world around with them. The curriculum provides children with the opportunity to enjoy a very wide variety of experiences, and cultivates a passion for life long learning.
