We love Wilcox Street Childcare. Our boy has been going for a few months now and he has settled in beautifully thanks to the engaged and caring educators, the calm vibe and the smaller group sizes. It was worth the wait to find him a place! Big thanks to Nicole and the team.

Staffs are not friendly at all. We were there to look for an available space for kid today, we rang the bell at front door and waited outside for more than 5 mins, during which time I saw staffs walking by inside, but no one opened the door. A lady opened the door at last, but only just replied with 'we are fully booked.' and no more words. I don’t know who tells lies, the government running website says the center updates vacancies a few days ago. Even though you are really fully booked now, you can reply a little patiently or even just some more words.
