We moved to this centre 18 months ago from a large for-profit chain and could not be happier. We have been supported by the diligent and caring staff through challenging personal circumstances. Many of the staff are long term, turnover is extremely low compared to what we experienced in our previous centre. Our kids are flourishing under the care and direction of the educators and with the wonderful group of families that make up the centre. We recently made the decision to continue care into the kinder phase given how settled we are and look forward to seeing our little ones continue to grow in the care of the SHB community. I had hesitated leaving a review previously, purely because family privacy is an important factor to us, however, given the recent events highlighted in the media relating to the childcare sector I understand personal testimonies may be helpful to reassure other families looking to place their children in care.

I really appreciate the help and kindness my daughter received in this centre. Sue is very flexible in helping me with the fees and termination of the service due to transiting to Prep. Highly recommended. Thanks to Noami and Michelle and all other great staffs whom I forgot their names.
