Somehow had my review removed from 4 years ago. This childcare excluded my child with special needs from activities and when I raised the issue with management I was dismissed.

Not happy with this childcare! Do not recommend 👎

My experience with the management was deeply disappointing. The acting director used discriminatory language concerning the way I looked and my language skills, which I found both inappropriate and unacceptable. Furthermore, she did not acknowledge or take responsibility for her culturally insensitive conduct. I was repeatedly asked to remove my daughter from childcare due to difficulties settling her to sleep, despite the agreed contracted hours being 10 hours per day. On multiple occasions, I was called to collect my daughter after only 3 hours. It seems as though the management are unable to meet the care requirements for new starting infants. Overall, the communication I received was unsatisfactory.

My son attended Curtin for over 2 years and we had the best experience. Very knowledgeable staff with great opportunities to link in with the university. Highly recommend!

I have had two children at this centre for the past 4 years. I cannot fault the care and education provided to my children whilst at the service. The centre's exceeding rating shows how committed the educators are and that the policies and procedures of management underpins the quality of service provided to the children that attend.

My daughter attended this centre for 3 years. The educators are so experienced and kind, I always felt confident leaving my child in their capable hands. We loved the consistency of educators and the big green gardens/focus on outdoor play.
