Mum son adores his teachers and gets so excited to go to “school”. Management has a genuine care for each child and their family as well as an obvious passion for early learning with a hands on approach. The small centre provides a local community feel and the teachers who have been there 10 years plus show true dedication and experience. Very happy with Holding Hands

Really happy with the warm, fun environment and the calm and caring educators who have been here long term. Management are open communicators and very responsive with suggestions. I like how families are included in programming too.

We’ve been at this early learning centre for almost 4 years with our son and over a year with our daughter - I’ve been really impressed with the energy and effort from all staff, both before and after new ownership. Without fail, they are always doing their best to make it a nice environment for our children. Our son is getting ready for kindy and the environment is getting a bit small for him but that’s just an age thing. It’s a wonderful, clean and positive place with consistent educators. Would recommend.

The changeover in management has been very consistent for the kids, maintaining care and security and the same educators. Meanwhile the centre has benefited from several updates, giving it the same homely but now more modern feel. This centre is so different to one of the childcare conglomerates where no one knows their name and the educators change every week! It’s become a familiar environment with plenty of room for kids to play.

The educators themselves are lovely and always kind with the children. However, since the centre was taken over by Holding Hands Early Learning, things noticeably changed. There was a clear shift in the atmosphere after the new ownership began. The staff didn’t seem as happy as they once were, and overall the centre felt less organised and less engaged than it used to be. At times the environment felt a disorganised and out of control. Unfortunately the quality of care and environment no longer felt the same for our family. Since moving to another preschool we have experienced a huge difference in professionalism, organisation and overall care. It’s disappointing because the centre once felt very different, but for us the change in ownership had a noticeable impact.
