This business is one of the most hopeless places we ever drop off our to child. Non nutritious and heavily processed foods. We often found him in a high chair eating Vegemite on a cracker, crying. Hopeless management staff that have zero input, care or consideration on assisting parents with day to day. We had major dramas with child care subsidy and they were little to no help at all. It's literally your only job is to assist families and you get paid too. Our son is a happy go lucky child. He loves everyone and everything. He loved his daycare in Melbourne and he hated it here. The staff told us he was upset all day everytime we picked him up. It was sole destroying dropping off knowing he wasn't happy. We have since moved him to a daycare that opened closer to home and he loves it there. It's this place. I would never take another child here ever and I recommend you don't either.

I have had children in this centre for approx. 5 years and initially I could not recommend this centre highly enough. However, more recent interaction with parents has decreased and responses to safety concerns and an injury sustained in care have felt dismissive. The owner is now juggling several centres and this has become apparent in the quality of this centre. Management are the reason this is not a 5-star review. However, I think it is also important to acknowledge that the carers themselves are wonderful. The children clearly adore them and are happy at pickup time. The carers are the reason I have not given a 1-star review.

Our little one just joined and I can’t recommend them enough. I am picking and dropping my baby with a smile on her face and that’s what matters the most. Thank you 🙏

This centre truely cares for our child! Carol has been nothing but helpful, accommodating, friendly and attentive. Our baby started here at 6 months and absolutely loves his educators. Running into their arms daily which is so lovely to see. Amazing outdoor area. Friendly educators. Problem solving and communication is clearly high on their priorities. 5 stars

We would like to thank the management and all staff for wonderful care of our kids for the last 2.5 years. Both of our children look forward to going to day care. A lot of entertaining activities for kids, very generous, helpful and friendly staff. This place has a very nice, safe and shady playgrounds. We received a lot of additional help: they drop our kids to school and pick them up, during long COVID lockdown we received a lot of support and help. We always tell our friends how happy we are to have you and we appreciate all your warm, not formal, approach to the kids needs and our needs as parents too. Thank you very much for all your help! 🤗💕😄
